10 August 2022: Monkeys confiscated by authorities in Cambodia / Lady Freethinker and Action for Primates have welcomed action taken by the authorities in Cambodia that has resulted in the confiscation of 13 pig-tailed and long-tailed macaques. The macaques had been illegally poached from the wild as infants and kept captive as 'pets' in human households. They were seized in accordance with the country's wildlife legislation. The monkeys were being used for online entertainment on social media platforms, such as KZread and Facebook.

@@annacorsano8530 Do you mean the monkeys in this video were taken away from her? I hope so. There are several people posted videos of monkeys on you tube that are abusing the monkeys. This is plain to see by the way the monkeys act in videos. They appear to be starved and fearful.

And visiting her channel brings her more money. After they finish their little ten minute video they go back in to the cages. They all do that everyone of them. All of you have been scammed. She makes her that way. She used to do it to Sovan now it's Sovanni's turn to be manipulated. This woman is so cruel to these monkies treating them like an outcast while cuddling the others in front of the outcast. Look at her with her head down. These monkies understand and feel the neglect. Sad. This woman is really one of the worst a users on here. Glad monkies were confiscated. Wish youtube would follow suit and demonitize site.
