Thanks Kyo, I don't watch your guides as often as I used to because I've gotten better at the game. But I would have quitted if you didn't helped me beat so of the hardest stages with my low level operators. Thanks.

I love seeing these videos because it gives me a good idea of what the stage holds and allows me to make some strategies months in advance which is a lot of fun. Wouldnt be possible without these videos. Thank you!

I had to use Mulberry my Honeyberry isn't E2! I changed Texas to Saga and added Typhon, Pozy, Texas Alter and Nightingale! I also used Surtr a few more times to remove 3 of the Twigs that Crave and Pozy removed a few more, I only had 2 Rot Eaters at the end! (Wither Casters was annoying!) I also didn't remove Saga to keep getting DP!

Kyo, you really bears the title of "Evil Spirit of Babel" that every dokutah WISHED to achieve. XD

If you're really annoyed about leaking the trees and you're using Silverash instead of Surtr, you can sacrifice a bit of the AFK and redeploy him a few times to kill off the middle trees (top one probably can use Exusai and redeploy her to the shown tile). You'll want to do it after 100 enemies (to avoid the spinning wheels killing Silverash) and time your Schwing so that the casters won't heal the trees from dying (and around 220+ they spawn 6 a time + the floating aircraft, so it's a lot harder afterwards). Left 2 at the end (middle and bottom right) but managed to kill them, so I didn't bother with a rerun. Silverash: L60M3, pot 3, barely enough tbh Ifrit: L70M3 mod lvl 3 (threw down a Nian to delay, couldn't kill outright but low enough that Thorns could finish easily) Rest + Typhon: all L60M3, Hoshi and Typhon had max modules

if you're using typhon you don't even need Thorns. Slap in Saria to heal Ifrit if yours has low hp, or any defender in general (assuming everything else stays the same). You'd probably need Eyja2 as well, but I don't think that's necessary.

thanks for this basic deployment! I adjust it by placing my lvl 90 Mudrock right above Ifrit's lane to ensure no leak comes from there. and I use Mylnar as a helidrop to deal with the trees, by the end of stage, there's only 2 trees left. I use my E2 lvl 60 Chestnut as a Honeyberry replacement, and I complement it by placing lvl 80 Silence (best medic I got) besides Exusiai. I got no leak at all.

ok I actually burst out laughing at the eyja comment, wasn't expecting that with such deadpan delivery XD

ohhh, Look how Kyo massacre my honeyberry

SO: 6 months later. I have my own addition to this strategy (only IF you have OCD and you refuse to let even ONE tree monster leak, because I know I do.) 1) Skadi Alter: Put her in the tile in front of your Eyja Alter/Mulberry (I will pretend Chestnut dont exist). She'll provide some degree of healing for Hoshi and Eyja, while her summon can be used to buff allies... and this is important for the next member. 2) Goldenglow, S3. Put beside Exia, can face any direction. Why her? Because her S3 is global ranged, and if you combine her with Skadi's summon you can nuke enemies from afar. Which are the trees. 3) Kirin Yato and Surtr: Kyo's strat only deploys Surtr to clear that one tree. How about you use her, and Yato Alter, to clear more of the trees? Yato can wallhack some of the trees, and Surtr, well, is Surtr. Ideally you want to at least delete the final tree in the corner first because god forbid the tree healers show up, then it's harder to take it down because those mfers heal it for a big chunk. And do it before the 200th kill because after that the mob summoned from that dead tree is going to be fatter than he has to be.

Eyja is cuter and the song from the event menu for her makes me happy in my heart

Putting a long-range sniper in Typhon's place works too. I used W, but I reckon Fiametta S3 will do serious work.

I used Fiammetta S3 on the typhon tile, worked great 👍

You can use Pozemka to slowly destroy all trees. So, no trees leaking to your base.

I put an Abjurer above the defender to give sanctuary to the main line, but that position meant she ate almost all of the blade drones to the face. That was probably not ideal... Lin would have done a great job there, though. I used Passenger instead of Eyja, mostly because I didn't want to deploy her twice on the same map. Poor girl deserves a break. He did a great job with his S1! E1 Liskarm took Hoshi's spot, and there was no real problem. Possibly because I added Bassline behind (healing defender).

I don't have thorns or typhon, so I replaced thorns with chongyue and added scalter. I also used a combination of surtr and lin to kill the trees and added texas alter just in case of something going wrong.

With Fiammetta S3M3 module 3 in place of Typhon and Virtuosa S3M2 in place of Eyja, I was able to not only clear the stage but also not leak any of the tree enemies at the end- use Virtuosa's skill when they're all in range (and slap down Surtr behind Hoshi just to avoid any leaks). I know it doesn't matter, but Lin works wonders for dealing with all those trees and the flying enemies, setting her in the square right next to the enemy spawners in the middle.

Will be interesting to figure out how to clear with 10hp. Sure, I don't have to but I'd like to try

Honestly, just burst down the end enemies with 2 dps ops I did it with młynar and FedEx and by having muelsyse blob tank some of them They don't have that much health, should go down quick

Skill issue

I didn't have thorns, but I did have Reed alter and Lappland. Not AFK, but it did the trick.

I placed Lin near the bottom right spot so she draws all seed spawn to herself and charge her sp faster for constant S3 and boy, she is absolute menace. The range also wipe most trees too.

You know, i use Horn S1 on ground tile behind Exia instead of her because her S3 is auto although Kyo said Exia timing doesn't really matter. Yes using Horn is a really good choice.

my way to kill all the trees, before 100, I use Typhon, Skalter, change Hoshi with Horn and Lin, the deployment is similar, after Ifrit kill the trees on her range, I deploy Horn in front of her, to kill the last one, then use Lin on the tile near to kill the other un reachable trees, use Skalter seaborn to buff, redeploy Lin on the upper tile for the other side trees and use Skalter seaborn again, after that I kill the last one with Surtr, and deploy Horn on the same tile of Hoshi and that's it, also I use two flags to reach 999 DP, all my operator have module 2 or 3 for the dps and just the dps are either level 90 or 80, Skalter is beside Applepie

Yeah, this annihilation was surprisingly easy. Fiametta S3 in Honeyberry's place just mops up everything and everyone - you can even support her with a Typhon or anyone else if you really want to.

Lin. Mine is e2 lvl 60 with module (not sure about other levels but e2 should be fine, probably) Nothing there could get past her shield

I subsitute mudrock for hoshi because she's one of my favorite units because of her tankiness and high damage

me when you can leak enemies, get all 400 kill rewards AND still use the auto farm ticket very surprised pikachu indeed.

Letting all those trees leak is insane, but makes my job 100x easier.

if you have, good if you don't have, at the end everyone will DIE- I mean- you will leak enemies 👀

Dunno. It’d be a lot slower at the least. There’s also the issue that she doesn’t attack without any charges AND she doesn’t do AOE.

Before the tree becomes an enemy the tile is not deployable. but once the tree turns into an enemy, you can deploy operators. That's all

Nah, the trees may be tanky, but the guy that spawns starts out very squishy and gets stronger the more enemies die when it is alive in tree form. In the beginning, Surtr melts it in like 1 auto when nothing else has died.

Any replacement for ifrit??
