Different use cases. Yorick is a good solo fighter and split pusher so having his Maiden up long makes sense. Annie's stun passive makes it better to have burst combos than drawn out fights. In which case, it makes more sense to have a time limit on Tibbers so that you can cycle through her R stun combo more often

I would make Annie more interesting, changing her stun passive a bit: Instead of just flat count increases up to 4, I would give her 4th charge something related to the spells used to charge it. For example, using her Q would give extra burn damage over time, W some AoE waves and E either shield or even a heal. Then, you could charge depending on what your need, stacking what you want.

Hmmm... Malignance shouldn't be triggering on Tibber's burn after the initial damage. That seems like a bug to me. Otherwise it should also trigger on Heimer's Mega turret, the Maiden, and other ults-that-summon-something's damage.

Man her auto range was huge... going nashers and shen item back then was great. Nashers back then didn't give ap but it gave like 40 cdr and 50 atk speed, something else maybe movespeed
