I didn't mention but there are Anne Boleyn portrayals that I didn't include, because they were so brief the actress just appeared on the screen for a few seconds and barely said a word. - Young Bess (1953): American actress Elaine Stewart appears very briefly in the beginning of the movie as Anne. The movie is about the youth of Elizabeth I. - A Man for All Seasons (1966): the great Vanessa Redgrave has a short cameo as Anne. The movie got tons of Oscars btw, it's about Thomas More's final years and his conflict with Henry VIII. - Carlos, rey emperador (2015-2016): A Spanish actress appears in two scenes, for a few seconds, as Anne. I didn't even find her name, she is not listed in the cast list anywhere. But she looks very very much like Anne Boleyn's portrait, so props to the creators that they cast so accurately even for such a brief role. EDIT: The video doesn't include the Jodie Turner-Smith portrayal either, because that tv series aired much later than the date I made and uploaded this video.

In Carlos she only appears for seconds but I believe they do her justice. Not only is she accurate look wise but also she isn't portrayed as a seductress who tore apart Catherine and Henry's marriages but merely as the woman which Henry chose after the divorce. Catherine never speaks ill of her, as she never had in reality. Carlos did all the women it portrayed justice, even the "extras".

@@annlrsraxlrs2010 Yeah! She is portrayed accurately, she wears the correct clothes + the French hood, she is not oversexualized. I really appreciated how Carlos handled the female characters. Unlike many historical dramay, Carlos didn't oversexualize the women characters and put unnecessary sexy clothes and low necklines on them. Maybe Barbara Blomberg is an exception but that is also understandable and accurate 😄

Natalie Dormer best Ann Boleyn! Then...Natalie Portman, Dorothy Tutin.

I hate to admit it but Dormer’s Anne seems to make sense to me. Sure there are historical inaccuracies. But the mystery of Anne is how she of middling beauty was ever able to capture the king and Dormer pulls that off masterfully. She’s smart, graceful, sexy and vicious all at once.

With Dormer you can see why Henry fell for her and why he dropped her. She was strong like the women in his life. Both grandmothers and mom, but his wrath was because she wouldn't defer or yield to him like those women did.

Genevieve Bujold and Natalie Dormer are the best ones hands down. I'd say Natalie Dormer was THE BEST one, but because of so many inaccuracies in the tudors and the over sexualisation of Anne, I have to give credit to Genevieve Bujold's portrayal being the more balanced and realistic one & not just portraying Anne as a homewrecking adulteress.

Natalie Dormer for sure. This doesn’t even include her acting. Just the fact that this woman had convictions. She dyed her hair brunette and almost lost the role because they wanted to cast her as a blonde for more appeal. Not only that, but she’s a history buff and read up on as much as she could to try and properly portray Anne and her personality. The show was not perfect, but from reading about Anne, she did a good service personality wise, and it was clear that she had a passion for the role.

It honestly feels that even the show is inaccurate in places, each of the wives are rather accurate in personality to their respective historical counterparts. I feel that Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn and Catherine Parr are one the best portrayed here well before Catherine marrying Thomas Seymour anyway.

The Tudors, the series itself, has a lot of historical inaccuracies. However, the portrayal of Anne, by Dormer, is a very accurate one when it comes to the real Anne's personality.

Natalie Dormer is my favorite. She studied Anne Boleyn the historical figure and felt strongly about dying her hair dark to properly represent Anne's unique swarthy beauty. Although Natalie has blue eyes instead of dark brown it's the seduction of her eyes like Anne had.

Genevieve Bujold. Anne spent much of her youth in France. Bujold's French accent lends credibility to her portrayal. And I just think her portrayal shows all the facets of Anne's personality. Everyone in the film did a marvelous job.

Ginny is the iconic Anne, followed by Dame Dorothy Tutin for appearance. Natalie Dormer is amazing and had almost 2 entire seasons or 19 episodes to build her character. She was amazing too. Can you imagine if Genevieve Bujold had the same time allotted instead of just a 2 and a half hour long movie?

Yeah but she could have absolutely NO idea that Elizabeth would be queen 😀 There was zero chance at this point, so in that situation there was absolutely no way Anne said such a thing to Henry 😀 Elizabeth has just been declared bastard, she had an elder sister, Henry was just about marrying a new young woman to give him sons... No chance for Elizabeth. That speech was so unrealistic and out of the movie's storyline. No hate for Bujold though, she just had to say the lines the writers wrote for her, so it's not her fault.

@@Lily1127channel Historical accuracy is always going to be an issue when any event is adapted to film and is not always needed to produce amazing and iconic characters. 😀 As a little girl growing up at Hever Castle, I'm sure Anne never imagined that she would not only rise to be Queen of England but also be the catalyst for the break from the Catholic church...but she did and she was. She herself had done the impossible so why expect less for her daughter? 😀 After years of marriage and many affairs, Henry had only produced two surving children: the Catholic Mary (also declared bastard) and Henry Fitzroy (a true bastard by birth). And while there may have been high hopes of future sons, nothing was certain. In light of all this, Elizabeth's chances of eventually sitting on the throne were no better or worse than the other bastards and definitely not zero. Anne was well know for her quick wit and crackling temper so I see the altercation with Henry being very much in line with her character and the movie's storyline. She was condemned to death on trumped up charges and if Henry had actually showed up to have his ego stroked and eased with regards to her "betrayal" (as the movie chose to portray this fictitious meeting), I'm sure she would have denied him the satisfaction and gotten in a few digs of her own. I will always love Bujold's portrayal of Anne. Like I said, iconic. 😀

@NeoDarkling Goth There was no queen regnant ever before in England, so even if she hadn't been a bastard, Elizabeth's chances would still had been extremely low at this point (1530s). But as a bastard, being a girl, having an elder sister, with very likely legitimate sons coming with Henry's new marriage, there was close to zero chance. I'm just not seeing any sense in Anne (a very clever and sensible woman as you said) saying such nonsense things to Henry at this point, especially with such absolute certainty. Not in history, not in this movie's plot. If she had said it, Henry would have laughed into her face like wtf. It's not just about historical accuracy in film adaptation. It doesn't fit the movie's narrative at this point either. Henry is so obsessed with sons in the movie it's just clear he would not stop until he has at least one. Writers love to write these kinds of lines into historical movies, lines that foreshadow the future we already know but hasn't happened in the movie's storyline yet. Sometimes they work and make sense, sometimes they don't. Imo it didn't really work here, not in this way at least. If Anne had said it in a different way, woth much less certainty, maybe just teasing Henry with the possibility of Elizabeth becoming queen, then maybe. ("Oh you hope for sons in your new marriage? What if you won't have one? You haven't had much success with producing sons so far... Maybe it's your fault after all, don't you think? Then who will rule after you? Your bastard Fitzroy? That can't be. The Catholic Mary? That would erase your new church. So, maybe the only one you have left will be Elizabeth...." But shouting Elizabeth WILL be queen, with such absute certainty, doesn't work well in the movie, imo. Btw, Anne didn't do the impossible when she, a simple English noblewoman, became queen consort. It was done before (e.g. Elizabeth Woodville), so it was not at all impossible. Much more possible than Elizabeth's chances for the throne right after Anne's death sentence. I think Bujold's Anne could have been iconic without these unrealistic lines about Elizabeth too, she was great in the movie. It's not about whether it was historically accurate or not, it's more about whether if it fits the movie or not.

Natalie Portman’s portrayal was too unlikeable, she was too arrogant. Claire Foy was too cold and pompous. Anne could be all these things; but she was also extremely charismatic, charming and fun. Natalie Dormer portrayed that balance the best in my opinion. 😊

I find Claire Foy’s portrayal is more excusable as it wasn’t meant to be the most historically accurate as we aren’t taking a neutral POV but rather from Cromwell’s POV. This is why Anne is shown to be arrogant because that is how Cromwell thought she was even if she was or wasn’t. Out of all the wives Cromwell had the most relationship with Anne with them being strong allies and eventually grave enemies to each other.

Before Anne Boleyn’s fall from grace she did have a good relationship with Cromwell. Cromwell viewed the Boleyns as allies in the Protestant cause. It wasn’t until she scolded him about the dissolution of the monasteries that their relationship became more like enemies. Cromwell used the riches to make himself and the king more powerful; whereas Anne wanted it to go to public causes such as education. So I think at the start of their relationship his POV on her would’ve been much more favourable than what was depicted in Wolfe Hall. It would’ve been nice to have seen the positive traits Anne had from Cromwell’s perspective also.

Dormer. She fought so hard for a proper representation of Anne Boleyn.

I’m sorry but no one will EVER come close to Natalie Dormer’s portrayal, she got me obsessed with her, Anne, Elizabeth I, The Tudors and history in general. She made you feel every emotion and I’ve honestly never cried so much watching someone die on screen, also spooky that by coincidence I watched her final episode on the date of her death. 💗 And from what I know Natalie was the only one that did serious research and read every book on Anne and cared for her and wanted to do her justice in her portrayal.

Yeah but that speech was way too unrealistic and nonsense 😀 I mean, there was no chance on earth that Anne could think that Elizabeth would be queen. There had been no queen regnant in England before. Elizabeth has just been named a bastard and kicked out of the succession. She had an elder sister. Henry was just marrying a new young wife to give him sons.... There was 0,00001% chance at that point that Elizabeth would get anywhere near the throne, so it makes zero sense that Anne shouts it with such certainty imo 😄 I know the speech became iconic, because it foreshadows what will happen exactly... But it is the kind of historical foreshadowing in movies that doesn't work imo 🤷‍♀️ It just didn't fit the storyline at that point and didn't make sense.

No contest, must be Natalie Dormer. She was bewitching on screen with palpable chemistry between her and Jonathan Rhys Meyers, and is clearly shown as being manipulated by her scheming father and brother (among others). The most believable portrayal of Anne and - to my mind - how she became a victim or even a martyr.

I was 13 years old when “Anne of the 1000 Days” was released. I saw it four times in the theatre. I do love Genevieve Bujold’s performance but she only had 2 hours screen time. I really enjoyed Natalie Dormer’s performance but she had lots of screen time to develop Anne’s character. I’ve always thought Helena Bonham Carter is a beautiful actress and I enjoyed her performance, too. I wish someone would make an historically correct movie. I really can’t get enough of Anne Boleyn and Tudor history.

The screentime doesn't matter, it's quality that counts not quantity. Example Lynne Frederick was able to deliver the best portrayal of Katherine Howard with less than 30 minutes of screentime. Bujold may have had 2 hours, but they were 2 amazing hours.

Me too! She didn't need hours and hours of screen time to cement it. I thought she captured the most realistic essence concisely. I don't consider Anne a "homewrecker." She was thrust in that as a pawn for power hungry men and did her best to survive the role.

Natalie Dormer humanized her, made her come alive with all her emotions and flaws. I'll always think of Dormer when thinking about Anne Boleyn

Anne of a thousand days. Perfect depiction. Very good contrast between Anne and Henry. Both look good and authentic

The White Queen had pretty solid casting and characters, then it just went down hill from there. The White princess was good for its three main character but the rest didn’t do it for me. In my opinion the Spanish princess really only has two good casting choices.

Yeah, TSP cared more about how it looked than the fact that the actresses were being swallowed by everything else that was wrong. So sad , they had a better budget than TWQ and still they cast such lackluster supporting roles outside Catherine's house.

@@EmSchneb I just don't think the casting was realistic after TWQ. I don't know if it was the actors and actresses or writing. Perhaps it was both. TSP never felt like a period drama. It was more like a teen drama may I say. Catherine's character never sat right with me. I couldn't imagine that she was The Catholic Monarch's daughter. We never really saw her smart or "queenlike". Her "savage" scenes was just no. And the accent just ugh... I also hated the "exotic" Spain they wanted to show. Making Ferdinand of Aragón and Prince Charles (HRE Emperor) foolish or silly was the end for me really.

Most of the Spanish Princess focused on Elizabeth Blount because she was the mother of the Duke of Richmond. They just gave a peakaboo of Anne as the show was ending.

Natalie Dormer was so captivating as Anne. She portrayed perfectly why Henry was so beguiled by her.

All women were marvelous in their own ways but Natalie is so damn mesmerizing in this role. She takes the cake for me.

Bujold, Domer amd Portman stood out the most for me. Claire Foy was brilliant as well. They are all very talented actresses and did amazing with their roles :) Also props to Scarlett Johansson, she's absolutely incredible and deserves so much more recognition.

I wish the Tudors series had done Natalie Dormer justice. She was an intoxicating Anne. You can even tell that she inspired the Vanessa Kirby rendition in the Other Boleyn Girl audiobook. She just fits.

Genevieve Bujold is THE Iconic Theatrical version of Anne❤

I enjoy all of the "Annes" represented, but, from a historical perspective (based on contemporary reports about Anne), Genevieve Bujold is probably the closest. Visitors to Henry's court frequently mistook her for a native of France and were surprised to discover that she was English. No one has remarked about Bonham-Carter's performance and I remember it well. I thought, at the time, that she provided an interesting and compelling portrayal. As for Portman...hmmm...good acting, quite pretty, but...not convincing. I also enjoyed Dormer quite a bit, but The Tudors, from a historical bent, drove me crazy with their inaccuracies so, sorry, can't say she was definitive. But she's a wonderful actress, gorgeous, and fun to watch.

Tbh none of these hairstyles are historically accurate. Some of them (Tutin, Rampling, Portman) have kinda correct Anne Boleyn hairstyles at some points, with correct French hood and veil, but they all have scenes with very inaccurate hairstyle as well. The others only have inaccurate ones mostly.

I prefer Natalie Dormer - but it’s tricky comparing older productions, as acting styles have changed.

And I think that is why everyone prefers Dormer. Hers is a modern interpretation and most people have not seen many versions. I do not dislike Dormer's interpretation but there were so many other wonderful performances to consider.

Without a doubt clearly the best one in my opinion is Genevieve Bujold. I compare all others against her. She has the fire and played the part so well that she became and stayed “Ann Boleyn”!

By far Natalie Dormer is my pick for best Anne Boleyn. She is by far the best actress to have ever played the part. With every scene, i felt myself drawn to her and her plight. That I cried at the execution.

Natalie Dormer of the Tudors, I loved her. Genevieve in Anne of A Thousand Days was pretty fantastic. Natalie Portman is a close 3rd.

It is one of the most accurate I would say except for the private conservations she had with Henry. This interpretation had one leg up on the others in terms of a trait of Anne that is often forgotten. Everyone forgets that Anne had a strong French accent when she came into the English court which is why she was seen as exotic and desirable, especially towards Henry. It is also accurate in that she didn’t want to marry Henry at the start but wanted to marry a different Henry Percy before Wolsey broke them up. It also points out that she had no interest in being a mistress as she had seen what happened to her sister and Bessie Blount. It is because of those and her family’s pressure that Anne had the idea to reject Henry unless he made her Queen.

It is 100% Natalie D. for me. She was absolutely like I personally Imagine her, such a great performance. I also like the actress from dokumentary Lovers who changed history. Genevieve was also great, Helena B. Carter just didnt fit into that role for me, as same as Claire Foy (but both where fenomenal in The Crown. I actually dont want to see any other Anne Boleyn. Her story is amazing but in past years it was milken a lot.

Absolutely the same. Natalie Dormer all the way. Even if physically it wasn't her that looked the most like Anne, it's her performance that is just absolutely Anne Boleyn for me. The way she talked, the way she walked and behaved, her whole presence on screen.

I'm not a fan of Claire Foy's Anne, either. I have a few boxes that need to be checked in my head for a good Anne performance and characterization and one of them is that the audience can understand why Henry went through such great lengths to marry her. Anne should be shown to be charming, witty, and having qualities that would make people want to be around her. Despite what some may think, she wasn't a heartless, shrill bitch who everyone was just waiting to bring down. Claire's performance of Anne is too harsh, I think even to the point of being unpleasant at times.

My favourite is Genevieve Bujold’s portrayal. Dorothy Tutin’s Anne got me interested in history at a young age. That series was excellent and Keith Michell was the most accurate Henry VIII. Natalie Dormer was excellent but Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Henry just didn’t sit right. Claire Foy’s portrayal showed her fierce intelligence playing cat and mouse with Cromwell. She was the mother of Elizabeth and her blood was well spent.

That series was amazing and everyone at least looked close to their characters. I think it is the only show that didn't make Katherine of Aragon a swarthy Spanish woman. She and Henry shared a grandmother? and her coloring was similar to his.

Natalie Dormer and Genevieve Bujold really captured the essence of Anne Boleyn for me.

I have to hand it to Claire Foy, who I think pulled off the complexity of the person without sugarcoating or villainizing her.

Natalie Dormer is my favorite Anne!! She captured the high spiritedness and grace perfectly!!!

I loved Claire Foy, but it is partly because I liked pretty much everything about "Wolf Hall" series. I enjoyed "Tudors" (and Natalie Dormer), but couldn't take it seriously at all. Instead I remember being deeply moved by "The other Boleyn girl" TV film with Jodhi May. So I would say these three and add Genevieve Bujold.

I love Wolf Hall as well. I reread it over and over. It is truly masterful, and very believeable. Compared to this The Tudors is crap. Claire Foy is a wonderful actress but Anne Boleyn never gets to show her many personalities. Here she seems quite blunt. None of the charm that I feel she must have possessed. That is the script and not Claire Foy. Im sure that switching actors between these I would prefer the one in The Tudors. Given the chance I think Claire Foy would make a great Anne Boleyn, seeing that she is the better actor.

Natalie Dormer's delivery of "I have but only a little neck" is iconic. lol

Genevieve Bujold and Natalie Dormer are my favorite versions of Anne. I would love to see Natalie Dormer perform the final scene between Henry and Anne in "Anne of a Thousand Days" because the Anne she created would have told Henry off too just as Bujold's Anne.

Dormer by far is the best, and the chemistry between her and Meyers was fantastic.

Genevieve Bujold is my favorite. I love her spirit.

Merle Oberon, Natalie Dormer, and Claire Foy were all great as Anne, but GENEVIEVE BUJOLD will ALWAYS be the only Anne Boleyn for me

Claire Foy was brilliant❤ I didn't appreciate how Anne was portrayed in "Tudors", she was a hell of a lot more than just sensual/sexual which seemed to be what Dormer emphasized whilst playing the role.

For the longest time Natalie Dormer has been my favorite Anne Boleyn and still is, but then I watched Anne of a Thousand Days. Genevieve Bujold is the most accurate to Anne Boleyn. Not just Anne herself but the movie in general. Natalie Dormer will always be the iconic actress her portrayed Anne, but Genevieve made her come to life in the media.

Genevieve Bujold is the gold standard.

Natalie Dormer is hands down my favourite Anne Boleyn. 👑🥇👑 However inaccurate The Tudors was, Natalie did superbly with what she was given and more. She gave a very fair and rounded performance. I loved all the little tricks she incorporated into her performance such as hand gestures, sighs, a look, a turn of the eye and staring into the distance etc. The other wives/actresses paled in comparison. Her story spanned two seasons, the others did get that time and effort. Natalie as Anne was the heart of The Tudors. The show suffered after her departure. Other portrayals I liked include Charlotte Rampling, Dorothy Tutin, Merle Oberon and Claire Foy.

Natalie Dormer. Known her before GoT and all because of her role as Anne. She brought this person to life for me.

Natalie, then Genevieve. Bujold’s portrayal haunted me when I was young. I absolutely adore Natalie Dormer. She’s aced it, as far as I’m concerned. But also Tutin was remarkable. And she could be Natalie’s mother.

Best of all was Genevieve Bujold. I can imagine how really Anne was because of her. All passion and strengh.

I think it’s interesting how many people chose Anne as portrayed in “The Tudors”. A remarkable series that had little if any resemblance to actual historical events. Although the actress who portrayed Anne in the Tudors May have been excellent, the actual script so deviated from historical accounts about Anne, that the actress had a lot of dramatic leeway in her portrayal. I believe, based on contemporary accounts of Anne’s personality and wit and fiery temper, it’s Bujold who took a more accurate script and did a tour de force with the part. She caught her playfulness at the beginning, her indignant response to Henry’s proposal, her anger and fire at the courtiers who plotted against her, her terror not being able to produce a male heir, her resolute stand against Henry (although historically Henry never visited Anne in the Tower), and her final composure at the beheading. My only quarrel with the execution scene was that Anne should have been blindfolded as related in contemporary accounts, and thus would not have looked at the executioner. But it WAS effective. Bujold hands down.

I feel Genevieve Bojold gave the best performance as Anne. Such a poignant portrayal. Next would be Natalie Dormer and third, would be the fiery Dorothy Tutin.

Anne of a thousand days actress is my fav, my got she portrayed her brilliant. Strong, vulnerable, seductive and innocent. Watching that made me tryout see how Henry fell for her and how Elizabeth was able to rule all her life without a husband! She had her mothers strength 💪🏾

I'd pick Natalie Dormer hands down with Genevieve coming a close second .

Dorothy Tutin's performance is the stand out for me. Her portrayal focussed more on the unhappiness of Anne's later days when it had all gone wrong. She vividly captures the agonies of a woman who had destroyed so much on her way up seeing it all slip away from her on her way down.

Genevieve Bujold was always it for me, but Natalie Dormer also gave a very memorable performance.

Bujold was absolutely iconic and Foy is a close second.

So many good interpretations of Anne Boleyn. My favorites are: Genevieve Bujold, Dorothy Tutin (in the TV miniseries The Six Wives of Henry VIII; she looked very much as historically described), and Natalie Dormer.

I actually enjoyed Charlotte Rampling's Anne. She was ambitious and aggressive like Dormer. But her beautiful, yet extremely angular features gave a hidden sinister quality.

So great to see all these depictions together!! Thanks. My fave. is Genevieve Bujold.

Genevieve, but only because "Anne of a Thousand Days" does show that she loved Henry Percy, and for tearing them apart, she made Cardinal Wolsey suffer, which led to his downfall, and Cromwell's ascendance, which led to Anne's execution. GB played Anne so well. (Vanessa Redgrave plays Anne for a few brief moments in "A Man for all Seasons. She smiles, but never says a word.)

Geneviéve Bujold is the standart. I rate every Anne with her in comparison. Though everytime I think of Anne the image in my mind is Charlotte Rampling in her orange gown, smirking, looking into the camera with that look in her eyes.

We must agree that all of them gave it a very interesting version of their own. But I believe Natalie B.'s and Charlotte's portrayals of the real Anne Boleyn came so close they're unmatched.

Natalie Dormer is my favourite Anne Boleyn. I'm so glad 15:03 was included.

Absolutely excellent research done here. I watched all of these growing up as I loved Anne Boleyn from the age of 10, when I decided to write a book about her, partly due to the 1970's movies. I've watched every one since. Thank you for this. I shall save it and keep it. Fantastic.

Natalie Dormer was quite a formidable Anne Boleyn but Bujold is clearly a more accomplished actress imo.

Emma Connell is my favorite actress to portray Anne Boleyn. She doesn't have a series, rather a documentary about Anne's life where she portrayed her. If you compare Anne's portrait to Emma's visuals, you will see a sort of accuracy, and her acting as Anne really captured the Queens personality.

Everybody is praising the great actress Dormer is, most likely because she was the first version of Anne they've seen ! I do liked Claire Foy's as well

I love Claire as an actress. But in the role she is to stiff and unsexy. Dormer is more charismatic in her portrayal and her scenes have more of an impact. The neck scene for example, her laughing shows how tragic of a situation she's in.

Bujold is my favorite, I even have her as my avatar!

When I think of the truest Anne Boleyn portrayal, I think Dorothy Tustin is the closest from the mocking lady-in-waiting to the almost insane Queen. I really enjoyed Natalie’s portrayal because she gave us so many hours of enjoyment watching her as Anne. Genevieve was the sassiest and fun to watch. She showed how Henry could fall in love with such a witty woman. And Anne of a Thousand Days has always been one of my favorites. You get the real sadness of Anne’s story as she goes from unwilling girlfriend to forsaken lover. Poor Claire Foy seems so stiff. Any portrayal of Anne Boleyn is fun to watch because Anne was such a complicated character. No wonder we still talk about her nearly 500 years after her amazing life. I think we’ve yet to discover the perfect portrayal. We have something to look forward to. I’d like to see a series just about Anne’s life from her time in the Mechelen and Paris courts through to her death. Thirty six years of never a dull moment.

Natalie Dormer was the best Anne, she made me cry at many moments

I love Natalie Dormer's Anne, she shows how a coquette could be alluring to a king whose eye strays looking for an exciting youthful encounter, he may never have had with Katherine and a son. But my favorite is Genevieve Bujold's Anne to Richard Burton's Henry, such electric passion it is palpable.

I think that Genevieve Bujold although there are historical inaccuracies, showed the stormy passionate relationship between Anne and Henry best

Natalie Dormer is spunky, sassy, but she is missing Anne's best physical feature that she used so well, her black eyes. Claire Foy has the eyes, and charisma, Bujold, has a such a vibrant and passionate personality, but each and every one of them brings something to the table, and yet each one is lacking in some way as well.
