I think it is an incredible brave move for the producers to introduce an LGBTQ character on a show set in the 1800s. Such an amazing storyline. The young man who portrays the character is spot on. Love this show.

honestly, I feel like cole has the most character development. like think about it, he lived in a family who (seemed) to know no love, he was bullied, he didn't feel happy and after he left his family to live with aunt jo, he's become so much happier, hes doing what he loves and hes joined school again

A lot of issues that Cole faces is still relatable to a lot of people over a century and more later. Sure it’s a little easier now but it will never truly go away.

OK...COLE IS ONE OF THE MOST UNDERRATED CHARACTERS IN THE SHOW!! LIKE UGHHH...he honestly does bring so much to life (like how Anne said and in real life, of course). HE IS ONE OF THE SWEETEST PEOPLE EVER AAAAHHHH

I loved both the actor and the character so much! So much! It was disappointing to find so less of him in season 3. I wish they continued to show his pursuit of art at art school and may be even how he deals with his family members instead of simply running away for ever. A confrontation that took place some time later would have been nice.

Cole’s storyline really helped me in a very hard time i needed something like this. Anne with an E showcases a lot of issues that other shows don’t really do. Please renew the show

This series is a great voice for the showing of all that was in the past and women's power and relates to real life issues and Anne has to gain influence to be heard. We can clearly see the point of the author in well filmed scenes and it expresses well the behavior of the characters. To see even more of this amazing series and the dialogues that just fit so well with the intention of each adventure and acts, I HIGHLY recommend YOU to watch this serie (2017) and to be astonished by the so powerful words they can give you, as well as a very well created background story.

This character--this plotline--changed my ENTIRE LIFE!!! Thank you so much, Moria Walley-Beckett!!!!!!!!
