how long did it take you to receive it?

Thanks for the continuing AVP coverage. I'll be among the first in line when it launches outside of the USA. Do you have time to do a video on productivity apps? I've been using Notion a lot lately and would like to know what the experience might be like, or any other apps that might be better suited to spatial.

How much does this comfort strap weigh, and why can't I find this product on Amazon?

I ordered mine today, and I plan on using it with an 11W light seal for the widest field of view.

11W or 21W won't have different FOVs, it's the second number that matters how close your eyes are to the screen, the first one is for the shape of it then W or N is just 2 options of the picked number

Does it relieve pressure under eyes right above the cheeks? Im using the dual band and got the comfort level I wanted. But I get swelling and redness after 1hr right below my eyes and above my cheeks.I think the light seal is causing this issue. Is there a less thick version of light seal I can get also?

I don't think it helps much when using the light seal. Of course without the light seal you have no pressure on your cheeks. There are different-sized light seals you can get also you can try them out at the Apple Store.

How is it in fully immersive environments with the light seal off?

Not great I only like this setup for AR applications.

Himels Tech, I tried a Bobo VR head set solution for my Apple Vision Pro using some 3D printed attachments I got from a 3rd party vendor and it was a disaster. With the light seal, I lost an additional 30% or so FOV and without the light seal, it put a huge amount of pressure on my nose and was very painful. So I had a quick question. Since you said the Annapro works well without a light seal, did you find any undo pressure on the nose? If this is truly floating and I don't get any nose pressure, this sounds like the perfect solution for me. Thank you for your time! vgv

I think it will really depend on the person. For me if I'm wearing it too loosely then of course it will put some pressure on the nose, but I don't mind wearing it a little tighter and then it does truly float.

Honestly taper your expectations. It is very good but pass through probably won’t blow you away. Watching content will be very enjoyable though.

How many hours do you spend in Vision pro daily?

Less than an hour a day on average tbh.

I ordered one because of this review and sadly is not good for me at all. I’ll give it a try in the next couple of days but it doesn’t fit well with any of the adapters either. Yes it’s lightweight but I don’t like to remove the light seal. A lot of light comes in the eyes.

Definitely would not recommend to use with the light seal and I've heard some mixed reviews depending on one's head shape.

@@himelstech Thanks for the reply! Does it close without causing any pressure to the device? (I’m using Annapro with Apple’s travel bag and I have to push the bag together slightly to zip it up so I’m a little concerned it may cause undue stress to the device.)

Yes and yes, but only for AR applications. When I want full immersion I use the stock strap with the light seal.

Great review! I liked the idea for a floating Vision Pro Quick question, the issue that you have with light seal on is only a field of view issue?

Yes I couldn’t get a great fit with the forehead band plus light seal since it was difficult to adjust.

@@himelstech personally i don’t mind a smaller FoV if it means more comfort. and i was trying multiple 3d adapters that puts the weight on my forehead. my last solution was to buy a BOBVR mount but i think i liked your solution since it’s designed for VP. Thanks!

Why don’t you just use the dual loop band with a baseball cap with an inexpensive plastic bump guard placed inside. It’ll distribute the way equally over your whole head.
