It was complete bullsht that they killed Tara in the very beginning of the episode, even before the damn theme song. Tara was so tortured throughout the series- she deserved better.

Her brother married Hoyt’s ex girlfriend and had a family and Sam married and moved away and had a family as well

And Hoyt got back with Jessica after she admitted to him they had dated before and he asked her to wipe his memory, etc. Sam married the chick he got pregnant, and had more kids. Tara was killed off by a hep-V vampire while protecting her mom.

Love them so much, what a power DUO -- and so legit and beautiful :)

Would so watch more True Blood, one of my favorite series ever. You can tell these 2 are still in love, just watch the way she looks at him.

It's amazing how she "picked up" the accent from him when they met as adults, and then traveled back in time to become a child actress with that same accent.

I’ve watched the first five seasons 4-5 times and *just* tonight finished the series. I was beside myself the entire last season desperate to know what happened, and besides being upset about a few main characters’ deaths, and of course screaming the whole last episode, I thought they wrapped it up beautifully! So true to all the characters and of course very gutwrenching. Loved it, would love to see everyone again. Especially Pam!

I just finished watching the entire show from season 1 to 7. I had not watched it since it aired. And I remember being somewhat disappointed in the end back then, but now that I saw it for the second time it all made more sense. It had to end the way it did with Bill dying the true death. Of course it is sad when the main characters didn't get to live happily ever after and one of the main charachters dying. I think it is better to end with a bang than keep going and going and going when a show often looses its appeal. You have to end somewhere.

I love True Blood but hate the ending!

Two of my favorite people.❤❤ But I'm still mad that Bill got killed off in the finale. If I could rewind time, I would be in charge of the show and give the fans what they want. Well, I can't ask Father Time to turn back the clock and tell him that we want more True Blood 😅

I feel like Tara‘s death was BS and our seeds. Death was horrible and she didn’t even get to really mourn him but at the same time it’s like she wasn’t super super upset about it like she was with Bill. Also, the ending was horrible like I definitely didn’t like her not ending up with Eric, I feel like we all need some closure.😂😂

I just rewatched True Blood recently, finishing a couple of weeks ago and it's so disappointing hearing Stephen Moyers real accent after hearing brooding Mr Compton for the past month or so.

There's no way anyone liked that ending. The truth is that they thought it would be “different” for Sookie not to end up with either of the two people involved in the love triangle, and it was different, but different in a terrible way.
