Dannielynn Birkhead is celebrating a new year of life! The daughter of the late Anna Nicole Smith turned 17 on Sept. 7, and her dad Larry Birkhead commemorated her special day on Instagram. He shared a compilation of snapshots and videos from her first 17 years of life and included some early photos of Anna Nicole bonding with an infant Dannielynn. Larry captioned his post in part, "17th Birthday Dannielynn! I am so proud of you in each and every way. Wishing you the best day ever! You are funny, crazy smart, pretty and just about everything I could ever imagine. Your Mom would be so proud of you, I sure am. Happy Birthday! Love Dad."

Nothing like growing up without a mummy and not having a stable Dad. His done an amazing job at raising and loving her . I hope she doesn’t struggle with her pain of losing her mum .

That's freaky..... She really does look so much like her Mom. Poor Larry. My heart goes out to him. I pray she chooses a much different path than her mother. And she realizes she is more important than just her looks. I pray she is never exploited or taken advantage of.

He needs to STOP allowing her to dress and style her hair like her mother. She’s absolutely beautiful like her mom. But she’s BOT her mom. Larry should know better. He’s not innocent in relation to what happened to Anna. He knew that she was drug addicted, very vulnerable, not very bright and was being manipulated because he was one of the manipulators. Even though she was in a terrible and dangerous life-threatening condition. He kept on try until he got her pregnant and to term. His behavior was repugnant and beneath contempt! I sure hope that he’s not planning to take DL to L.A. to start a show business career. And of course no reality show. Ugh! I just hope and pray that she won’t want to come here next year when she’s 18. I hope she goes to college and makes a good living and finds a great guy and raise a happy, healthy and prosperous family. I’m just thankful that we haven’t had to see that despicable H.K. Stern character since Anna’s death/murder? It’s not to late to investigate what REALLY HAPPENED to Anna. I’m just saying. 🤔🤔

WHAT IS CREEPY, he is always there in every photo, I have never seen a picture of her without him, I never heard her voice, he speaks for her, I AM TELLING YOU, one day when she is free, she's going to write a book. HE is creepy like hell.

Her Mom was drug addicted and possibly murdered! He is doing what any loving and protective father would do!
