    i just got diagnosed . mine is not as bad since ive always been active .. im doing an hour a day of walking and running and been dieting .. the foods you eat make a huge difference

    Hi! Exercise is the key with AS! I have had AS for years,it’s a painful condition,fatigue and pain is just something else. Plantar fasciitis and tendonitis are very common too so stretching is really important as well as a healthy diet Thanks for your video and enjoy your runs 😀

    Are you still running? I have AS and run quite a bit a few years ago, I'm starting again as mountain biking has become too painful (sit bones on saddle, lower back pain, knees). I did my first 5k the other day and my quads are dead, but overall I got 90% less pain than cycling.
