    Hands down your guys fitness tips videos are the most crucial. I didn’t believe yall at first about 18 alpha since most fitness gurus all speak the same. But this is the way I wish My high school trained us. My cardio has been better than before. Thank yall for everything!!!

    The irony of this being on here (today) is comical. I have quadriceps tendonitis and I already watch/listen to onesready but I also was just looking into CARs because it's part of the treatment protocol for quadriceps tendinitis. This is good stuff that I obviously wish I was doing before. Makes total sense. Like all the therapy/prehab stuff we should be doing it isn't sexy or fun but it makes the fun stuff doable. Thanks for a great tutorial.
