Hot take. But zone did I flawless job taking ankha's design traits and making more representative of what her actual character is instead of the limitations of what the game style give. I am so sick of people saying that animation "ruined" her character, when zone clearly understands who and what ankha is and represents. Most of her "art" doesnt even try to do that.

I love how recognizable Ankha is in the game. You could bring everyone together and you'd still be able to easily spot her in the crowd. Edit: I am aware of Zone. That's because of the way they altered the "mood types" In older Animal crossing games the type of mood/class the residents had would affect the way the talk to the player ...in new horizons they changed it and now everyone may aswell be in the same category as the mood type doesnt really affect anything anymore.

Because Zone is a big fan of ankha and wanted to make a piece of content in her way that is representative of ankha model and personality as she presents her self in game. She acts snooty and uninterested, but really does anything she can to, I guess, "please" those around her. This isn't just she wanted to make rude animations of ankha, but actually wanted to pay tribute to her in the way zone usually does.

@Anime pfp with opinions The creator of the game originally made it for lonely adults to have a fantasy village to live in and interact with. Whilst its true that the villagers are not really sexualized at all in game, because their personalities are so intrinsic to the identity of the game, it leaves it wide open for how those personalities would be explored in a sexual nature in fan material. At least thats what i would like to believe. But the reality is, its just popular and Isabelle just exploded in popularity, which took the rest of the franchise with it.

She's so precious and adorable, we must protect her from the nasty people of the internet. And give her lots of headpats. She deserves them after what all the gross horni people put her through.

Most art of her isn't very respectful. But I must be fair and say zone did a really good job representing aknha's model and personality as she presents her self in game. Assertive and snooty, but really does anything she can to, I guess, "please" those around her. I really don't like how this became viral and everyone saw it, but I don't think the video itself 'ruined' her, like most of that type of content. The artist clearly also has the same appreciation for the character.

That shocked reaction was exactly what happened when I found her as a camper in my New Leaf town!! I've done my best to not have repeat villagers across my games, but I really do adore her a lot & constantly think about inviting her in NH. Suuch a delightful design!! I think it's really cool she's one of the few villagers I love who's 'traditionally' popular i.e. according to the monthly villager popularity poll, too.

@@projectbasado To be fair, I think the video perfectly encapsulates her personality. In the game she is both seems smug and bored but also compassionate and willing to help when she can. The same is true with what she is doing with the villager. Disinterested, yet she does basically everything possible to please him with every part of her body, then revives his vitality to start the cycle again. You must appreciate good characterisation wherever you see it.
