Just upgraded from the XS to a 13 Mini, so bought this for when I'm out and about, and to trigger standby mode when I'm home. I'd originally got a battery bank more like Apple's own, but returned it in favour of this much more useful one. Thanks for the content.

Thanks for the review, I would love to see how it does with some of the poplar thicker cases. I put my last three phones Motorola Atrix 2, Samsung S5, and now my S9, before I even used them in OtterBox defender cases take them out of the case looks like they have never been touched. Loved the content, might have to try it with my current case and see if it works.

Wow! Great video didn't come across this product in all the videos I watch. They also make a separate phone charger. I don't remember if they were the ones with the 65 Watt or 100 watt?

Great review! Just a quick note for anyone with a 12/13 mini: the battery will have a slight overstand down the bottom of the phone. Maybe 5-10mm

I’ll have to check out the lifeproof cases since it’s been awhile but yeah the battery pack is solid for sure.

I had boughten the MagSafe pack from Apple and from what you say.. it charges the same as theirs. Whenever you’re charging, just leave your phone alone if you want to max out it’s charging potential because if you’re using the phone while charging, you won’t get the same results.

I got one and I love this thing it’s an amazing product. Best for emergencies and quick charge. Anker has great products. If anyone wants i would say get the black one. It won’t look as dirty after time

This legitimately looks and works so much better than apples even if apple’s is officially MagSafe compatible. Tests have shown they don’t even provide full MagSafe speed either so it’s pointless

My anker goes up to 94.3 F max so thats less than your actual body temperature. That's your iPhone temp while u keep it into your pocket so no real worries here. Apple's capacity is way too small for a heavier user..it gives you just a little push

Bought one but when I attached it to my 12, nothing. Battery bank was fully charged. Had to return to BB. I might try again. I don’t know why it didn’t charge my phone.

Im not sure about the normal 12/13 or even pro but i have the pro max and it never has had a heat problem

I have to admit, I have the Apple MagSafe Battery 🔋. It’s my top up solution, like you, but prefer the first party integration. And it charges slower to conserve battery health. But I’m STILL getting one of these Anker joints. It’s for all the things that DON’T use MagSafe (Beats headphones, Apple Watch w/Anker Portable Magnetic Charger, other peoples phones).

hey man, do you happen to have access to an Android smartphone? preferably the Google Pixel 6 Pro because I wanted to ask you if you could quickly test the charging with one I've bought the 622 and especially the Moment (M)Force case for my P6P and am very disappointed with the charging speed of only about 300 mA at 4 Volts - so about 1.2 Watts instead of 7.5 which is advertised and should ve possible because it is based on the Qi wireless standard and not official MagSafe you would do me a huge favour by testing it out real quick and I would be so thankful to be able to find out if only I got a bad device or if it really doesn't work with other phones besides the iPhone 🤔
