THE MEMORIES

I did this song and dance for a talent show recently with two other friends, both of which were guys. We got first place and a chance in the news paper, plus we decided to do an encore for everyone. It was so much fun! Of course, in this case I was Gumi. My boyfriend took the place of Teto and his brother took the place of Miku. We had specially designed costumes and everything! It was such a hit with my school, that they're having us do it again next year and they want us to compete again. ^^

I've watched several MMD videos for this because it's my favorite Vocaloid song, but this one is still the best imo. The animation is smooth, the camera angles work well (and not just for the t&a either, however their outfits are nice though) and the camera isn't all over the place trying to give me motion sickness, finally just little details like how the girls wink at the camera every so often.

The video as in what can be seen on the screen on its own is brilliant. I'm happy MMD has come such a long way BUT the visuals aren't connected with the lyrics at all which is usually mandatory for a PV. ECHO is a serious psychological song yet this [although good] dance belongs in a pop idol's music video. I was just expecting something deeper and more meaningful than tits and ass.
