Welcome to a new Anime Opening Quiz, this time you have 7 seconds to guess my 40 favorite OP of 2023. Hope you have fun and if you enjoy like and subscribe, it will really help.I hope that you can understand my reasoning behind some of my choices, if not please let me know in the comments what you don't agree with so I can make changes for the next videos.

Happy new year to everyone out there! Yeah, no score because I didn't notice I forgot to count until like the top 10, so there's that XD. Anyway I don't have a real top list I can present this year for some reason. Just some songs I listened to kinda often, like Vinland Saga 2nd season 2nd Op, Oshi no Ko, Frieren, Goblin Slayer (I did stop watching the anime halfway through, but the song is living rent free in my head for some reason), Eminence in the Shadow and the one I probably listened the most to The legendary hero is already dead (Never watched the anime though I have to admit. The song appeared in my recommendations and I only later found out it's actually from an anime, but I really listened to it a lot...). My top song this year was the Fate Strange/Fake song though. I was hyped when they released the song in January and even more when it aired in July, but it doesn't really count as an opening I guess. There were also a lot of amazingly well animated sequences throughout the year which really left me amazed. Both Jujutsu Kaisen ones and again Vinland Saga, but also Shield Hero (which kinda surprised me) and many, many more. I also don't know how or why but this year I listened to more endings than openings. Maybe that is the reason I can't pick a clear favorite. Thank you so much for an amazing year full of cool and well thought out anime quizzes. It was tons of fun to see you trying out new things and taking part in your projects. I hope you had a nice 2023 as well and also will have an even better 2024. Just don't put to much pressure on yourself. You truly did amazing work!

Thank you for the kind words, as always, they mean a lot 😁. Yeah, it was a weird year for op this one, stacked top and then a massive chasm to the rest of the songs. Ngl choosing the songs that made 30-40 out of all the years songs was the hardest 😆. Just because most of them were just mid. Hopefully 2024 will be a more creative year for anime openings 😁. As for endings, I'm not a big fan of endings but this year there were quite a few I enjoyed. Anywho, happy new year, and to an even more spectacular 2024 😁

Happy New Year, and thanks for the kind words ❤️. I'd half agree just because I really dislike yoasobi's "vocaloid" voice during the OP ( I think that's also why I enjoyed the oshi no ko op more, the voice sounds human 😆). The ending is also a good song, just a bit slower paced, so that's why I said half agree, I enjoy my music fast paced 😆. Hope that made sense, I'm running a bit of a fever and not sure 😆

Yeah, it just resonated with me from the first time I heard it. The opening itself is kind of weird, I get what they were going for, but still 😆. The song is 10/10
