@@hella7799 He's Teppei, the Watatsumi soldier the Traveler bonds with during his time at the resistance. *SPOILER* He becomes so desparate for glory and recognition in the army that the Fatui, who were the anonymous group "backing" the resistance and helped instigate the vision hunt degree behind the scenes alongside the corrupt Tenryou Commission, granted him a Delusion in the false promise of glory, alongside many other soldiers. What nobody knew was that using Delusions actually costs the user their life force and accelerates aging. Teppei doesnt realise this and ends up practically dying at the Traveler's arms, which fuels their hatred for the Fatui on a more personal level, leading them to storm one of the factories and encounter Scaramouche.
