one of the best i've seen in years. It was already so good in the manga and the anime gave him justice by even adding more to it.

I’ll be honest, the soundtrack for Kaiju No. 8 so far has been unbelievably good. They’ve taken an approach that really just works for the series, but this one? It takes the cake by far for me. The people who worked on this series deserve immense praise.

「8号のテーマ」に10話でのカフカの気持ちとか選択を書き出したような歌詞を付け加えた感じでカッコいいのと物語の行方が変わる予感がしてアニメで流れてるの聴いててテンション上がったわ

@@samr4875 a "longer" version of it. You get little bits of this song when he's powering up or doing big punches but this feels like the rest of the song instead of just a short clip. It just showed up on my recommends, probably pinged off all the kaiju no 8 content I keep watching.

回想みたいになってるのがロマンだよな

歌詞と声、そしてバッキングの音響が命をかけて守ってくれた第3部隊防衛隊の人達を助ける決意そして怪獣の姿を見られる覚悟が伝わってくる曲でめっちゃ好き。

怪獣8号は曲も歌詞も最高だ！ この時のカフカ、隠れて変身してから登場とかじゃなく小細工無しでまっすぐに敵に向かって行ったのがほんとカフカって感じで好きだ。

I love how in Episode 2 this theme ended with the sickest guitar solo when kaiju blood started raining from the sky after his uppercut.
