There's evn a word with "Hydrophobia" means Fear of Water so basically means Hydro is same as Water. So there's no canonically difference about them because Hydro in game is also based in water because there's an Effect Wet if you go in any bodies of Water. There's also an elemental reaction of Freeze which is absolutely we have in reality Vaporize too is also can be do in reality well Electro-Charge is actually can be done in our real life but it's not safe compare to what genshin display about it... Vaporize Boiling the water until it gets Vaporize(a substance diffused or suspended in the air, especially one normally liquid or solid). Freezing is absolutely Obvious Electro-charge, Water is already Charged with Electricity not because of it's water particles but the metals that secretly float in it -that's what's makes your phone break if it's get wet not the literal water itself because there's a Water that can be use too to remove those unknown solid substance your phone got from water- so if you put and electrical device (an active one like there's an electricity flowing in it) it will instantly charge in water and possibly k-ll anyone nearby

99% of the areas they showed in these trailers are all available in game, for completely free at that. It's never too late to get into it tbh. the lore, world, and story GO HARD. you can do literally everything in game (hundreds of hours of content) without spending a dime, but you won't be able to get every character.

There's A LOT of story in the game. On a simple count, there's a main questline for each region, a quest for each 5-star character, hangout quests for most of the 4-star characters, and maybe 20~30 quests regarding the world or side NPCs in each region.

If you want more insight on the characters, watching the character teasers will definitely help a bit. I also recommend reacting to the version trailers! They wont really spoil anything plus will give a little context to the story.

Neuvillette’s trailer may be fairly new, but his is my favorite trailer. The music and cinematography were perfect and the trailer captures his authority and power as a characater. Absolute masterpiece.

Meh. Cooldown management on him is a pain. I have all hydro and i use him the least. I can use him and mine deals a lot of damage but i just prefer Neuvillete or Ayato when it comes to hydro DPS. Yes Ayato doesnt have the 1 hit burst like Childe but at least his cooldown is stable and normal atk damage bonus is a nice bonus. The only reason i use childe now is just because his passive increase 1 level of normal atk talent and thats it.

@@suno3o again. NEVER said he is bad. I just prefer playing without counting stuff is that so hard to understand? There is nothing controversial in saying "just stay on field until skill duration end" is more comfortable than learning the cooldown management. If i can 36 star EVERY ABYSS while playing comfortably, Why add more things just to get seconds faster? But alas, all im saying is he is in A tier for main dps. Not S tier anymore. Just because he loss comfort point. But at least his tier doesnt go worse than Albedo. Now that one is tragic to the point that even Hoyo doesnt want to rerun him

That was tighnaris old VA which was fired,the new VA is Zach(diary of a wimpy kid)and tbh he did a way better job than the old VA,he really brought the character to life, good for him :)

Now, the VA has been replaced. As for what controversy was, you can look it up with google search since I dont really like to talk about what someone had done in the past.

Zach came in April 2023. Check the dates before you start spreading misinformation and pulling facts out of your bum.

Fun Fact: Natsu's English voice actor (Todd Haberkorn) actually did in fact voice a character in Genshin! That character's name is Razor so do check it out if you ever play. Although, his character doesn't have a trailer so he didn't appear here.

you can see that as you get to newer trailers the production quality increases, when Mihoyo (the Developers of Genshin Impact) first released the game they didn't know how big of a hit the game would be, so as you progress through the trailers Mihoyo put more time into making them flashier.

genshin is kinda like a open world rpg with gacha elements, so, despite being a gacha, the characters have a lot of personality and lore. the lore of the world is actually pretty good too, and it keeps improving with every update. it's a chinese game, so some of the characters you thought were japanese inspired (as well as the language of the fischl demo) are chinese. there is a japanese-inspired place in the map, tho. most regions take real life inspiration: mondstadt -mostly germany and some other european places, liyue -china, inazuma -japan, sumeru -middle east, south asia and some of africa i think?, fontaine -mostly france and some other european places too, natlan -not sure yet but it's speculated that south america, snezhnaya -russia. i would recommend the character teasers next, they usually show a little peak of their personalities/small scenarios of them. i hope you enjoy the game if you do play it.

i enjoy watching ppl react to character demos , i like to see what they look for in characters like their playstyles and just overall designs

Genshins lore is so unique since everything is connected, not like other games with different universes and each character has a different skill/power

There's multiple types of stories in game, to sum it up there's: Archon quests- Also known as main quests that pertains to the journey of the main character (us) World quests- Also known as side quests; these are given by npcs and some are very well written! They expand on the main story, or tell about the stories of the npcs living in the world. Story quests- Quests that are related to 5☆ characters Hangout events- Quests that are related to 4☆ characters. Event quests- Stories tied to a certain event (time restricted; will disappear once the event is finished) And then there are character profiles, these come with every character and basically tells you about their origin stories. They unlock more as your friendship with the character increase. There's even lore/stories you can get from books you find in the game, as well as lore/stories from various items, food, artifacts, weapons, etc. Most people who are looking in only see this game as a gatcha game, but to players, we see it as an intricately written story, with different sides written by different characters. If you want a sneak peek of the story, please watch the version trailers, as they provide good context without many spoilers. 😊

to add to this, world quests can also open up areas of the maps or make previously unaccessible areas accessible. i found it to be most noticeable in inazuma, where certain quests allow you to explore previously locked areas of the map and completion makes the environment a lot less hostile.

The story is basically continuous. The world map expands with each new version patch release and update. So far, we currently have 5 regions available. But there are 2-3 more regions yet to be released in the coming years. And new characyers are introduced around every 3-4 months or so. So yeah, there are A LOT of playable characters, and still counting.

The game has regular updates every six weeks. They typically add a few quests and sometimes a new area of the map plus several limited time events. There is pretty much always at least one new character per patch (often two).

Great reaction, was a lot fun!! Can't wait for the Character Teaser and then the Version Trailer too

@37:39- Funny you should say that, because Inazuma (the region this demo takes place in) is based on Japan. All of the regions are based on real life places. Mondstadt is based on Germany, Liyue is based on China, Sumeru is based on SE Asia (particularly India) and Egypt, Fontaine is based on France, Natlan will be based on Spain and Indigenous South America, and Snezhaya is based on Russia. To answer your question about the story, you won't be meeting ALL playable chars in the main story, at least I haven't. Good chunk of them you meet in side-stories or special events. Like Ayato (he is Ayaka's brother), he gets mentioned in the main story, but you never meet him in it. @1:04:45- Kira Buckland is the voice of Shinobu. Looking at your playlist, she's voiced chars in the anime you've seen- Jolyne Cujosh in Jojo's Bizarre Adventures: Stone Ocean and Mitsuri in Demon Slayer. And yes she is the voice of 2B in Nier Automata. @1:08:53- Tighnari did come out last year. He and Collei (the one before his demo) were the very first Dendro chars to be introduced. For some reason when the game first game out, all of the elements were included except for Dendro. Sumeru is the Dendro region so when it dropped the element associated with it also dropped. @1:19:18- Genshin has different types of Weapons- the Polearm (spear), the Sword, the Claymore (heavy sword), the Bow, and the Catalyst. If you don't see a char wielding any of the first 4, it means they're a Catalyst. Nahida is a Catalyst user. Catalysts appear either as a book or an orb that floats around the char. Think of Catalysts as 'magic users'. Earlier you saw Yae Miko, she's a Catalyst user. It looked like her baton was a weapon, but that's just a part of her attire. The Catalyst weapon would be floating around her in the game. @1:25:23- Let me explain how the game updates because it depends on what time of the year. Updates are like this- when a new update happens, the game has a banner system (this is the Gatcha part of the game) where you 'roll' for chars. There are 2 banners that are up for about a month and they each featured a 5-star char with three 4 star Chars. With each update you also either get a Main Story update, but a Special event could happen within that update too. Updates come in the form of numbers, like recently the game had it's 4.2 update. But to answer your question, yes the game will continue to release new chars with every update from the August to early Spring I think. They do bring back old chars for people to try for. Like in the current update, the new chars you can get are 5 star Furina and 4 star Charlotte, but every other char you can get is an old one. I hope that makes sense for it's a lot simpler if you do play the game. @1:42:11- You almost got his name right. Most of Fontaine's chars have French names. Rule of thumb with most French words- never pronounce the last letter (there are exceptions of course). So you pronounce Freminet's name like this- Fre-mi-neigh. You don't pronounce the "t" at the end. Take it from someone with a French last name lol. I am American yes, but I have French Ancestry. Yes Ray Chase is the voice of Neuvillette. You mentioned Alejandro Saab when Cyno's demo dropped. Well, in one of his recent videos, Alejandro mentioned how he got Ray to get into Dad jokes (which is gag that Cyno's char does in the game apparently lol). I am still gagged that the VA of the Master of Masters from Kingdom Hearts voices this char. Man it shows range and these 2 chars couldn't be more different when it comes to demeanor lol. Glad you enjoyed it. As for my fav chars in the game, well I can't pick a single one. So I have them in two groups- Fav chars Gameplay wise and Fav Chars based on Story. I don't have every char nor have I met every char in the game yet (story-wise). Here's my fav chars based on Gameplay- Alhaithem and Fischel. Fav chars story wise- Yae Miko and Xiao.

If you’re curious, Genshin has 5 weapon types, 4 of which are fairly easy to spot: Sword, Claymore, Bow, Spear/Polearm. The 5th weapon is Catalyst, characters like the very last one who fights exclusively with his fists is a catalyst user because he doesn’t fight with any of the other 4 weapon types, think of it as their way to include more creative forms of fighting like bombs, punching, spell casting, etc…

22:47 i'd say Xiao is still my favorite character, ever since he was released almost 3 years ago. there's a ton of characters in the game, and they tend to add a new one (or two) every six weeks, which is when the updates happen. the newest update 4.2 came out about a day or two ago now, with the new characters Furina and Charlotte (both of which now have character demos). i'd definitely recommend checking out the game, the story is really good and the music as well. but anyway, i always enjoy seeing new people check out these demos. you can really see the quality just get better with every one as time went on

fun fact about hu tao, she was actually released on New Year, Chinese New Year. and we didn't get any info on her because she is related to ghost and all that.... so keqing got a special banner to take over as a false banner, and Hu Tao later came a surprise banner. Honestly, I have so many favorites that listing them all would make no sense. The character that got me to start playing was Kazuha, the Anemo Samurai-Poet, so he'll always hold a special place. Gorou, the Pointy-Eared General is among my favorites for his personality. I was so glad for once to see someone liking his demo, which is not as flashy as the 5-star characters'. I am rather fond of Diluc and Jean, neither of whom has a demo, but whom we meet quite early in game. The Sumeru four, Tighnari, Cyno, Alhaitham and Kaveh are such fun. Zhongli is reliable like a bedrock. I could go on for a very long time. But right now, Neuvillette is such an amazing character in every way: Lore, Personality, Looks, Gameplay. He's got it all. My jury is still out on Furina, the next new 5-star. I don't dislike her after seeing the story, but I don't worship her either. I am looking forward to learning more about her next week.

GENSHIN IN A NUTSHELL: AN EPIC DETAILED ANIME THAT YOU CAN ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN- the lore is as deep as the ocean, the back stories of all the characters go deep, the relationships of the characters across all the lands, there's references to superstition in all different cultures like yokai and adepti and yakusha etc. The fact that this a full featured game for free and it's on mobile is EPIC in itself!

A few recommendations, 1. Watch the version trailers, character teasers, and characters collective miscellany, 2. The girl you heard at the end of Neuvillette’s demo was Furina, the Hydro Archon(which is a god of sorts, each element has their own, Venti for Anemo, or wind, Zhongli for Geo, Raiden Shogun for Electro, and Nahida for Dendro, which is plants), and her various videos should be dropping within a week as she’s coming up next week, and 3. If you want to see a game that has gameplay similar to DMC, I’d recommend checking out the various videos on Hoyoverse’s other game, Honkai Impact 3rd. My favorites are the one for Raiden Shogun, Nahida, and Neuvillette. You mentioned that Kaggy Films, Alejandro Saab, does Cyno, another Internet personality, Lily Pichu, does Sayu and the VA for Furina is Amber Connors who aside from doing various anime roles, was the voice of Android 18 in Team Four Star’s Dragonball Z Abridged series

Hello! Welcome to the Genshin Community I always love seeing new players to Genshin. I've been playing the game since it came out and I can tell you that though it is a gacha game, it is f2p- friendly. I mean obviously you can spend money if you want but you don't actually have to. You can enjoy the story arch without spending anything. And there are always ways to earn wishes to get characters with primogems. The beginning of the game and story does start off a little slow, but once you get the game mechanics down, you will catch on and after completing the first story, it will pick up more and more. Also, this is a Chinese game and they do a lot of updates. New characters are always coming out. I'd personally love to watch you play the game and go on this fun-filled adventure with the rest of us. May I recommend checking out the Genshin Version trailers and Character Teasers(since these are the character demos) before you begin? There are stories within stories in the game. The main game's quests are called the Archon quests. Story are specific character quests that help you get to know a specific character better. World quests usually have a lot of deep lore. In fact this game has ALOT of lore and you uncover mystery after mystery as you go. My favorites are Wanderer (His story is sooooo good!) Kazuha, Keqing, Childe, Nahida, Wriothesley, etc. I have so many favorites. Oh yeah and the music in this game is soooooo good! Anyway, great reaction and I look forward to watching more. 1:10:10 Kinda cringe considering this is the guy (Zach) from before the guy you keep mentioning. They didn't change the original guy's VA in this trailer. The previous guy (Elliot Gindi) was a creepy sicko due to some....minor grooming business.

1:09:04 this is tighnaris old va... which we do not talk about. 1:19:14 that is nahida the dendro archon aka god! her e connects enemies together through a string of dendro so when u damage one enemy it damages every other enemy attached, it can also be used for collecting materials. her ult serves as a dendro buff

Kaeyas demo was the first one ever released in Genshin. They dont give him much credit. They obviously more showed the combat reaction and the movement. He was my first Main ever and now, years after playing, he is still my most played one. Btw, his lore is huuuge ;)

Just a heads up, they didn't redo Tighnari's trailer with the new VA, the ones you saw are still voiced by the old one.

Klee is one of the powerful character in the game. Tartaglia(A.K.A Childe) is one of the best Hydro character as well with duality which you will know eventually in his STORY. Check out elemental reactions if you are going to play this game bro. I knew what your reaction would be like to the expected character demo for Raiden, Zhongli, Xiao and Itto. They are best of the best when it comes to gameplay but there are some great DPS and Support characters aside from them so better watch out.

Its Anime series and movie are being developed now. It currently has a Manga and Light Novel. A “Genshin Impact” anime is on the way thanks to a collaboration with Japanese animation studio Ufotable, which is known for their work on “Demon Slayer.” Game developers HoYoverse made the announcement alongside a trailer back then.

It wasn't an anime trailer, it was a concept trailer for an announcement of work on anime, it is unknown when the real trailer for anime will be released. Where is Light Novel and what is it called? I've never heard of it.

Nah Ufotable is well known because of Fate Series Have you seen those fights? Demon slayer was lucky it got pick up by ufotable

@@AnimeTrueking Nah. First of all, most people who are interested in animation studios will recognize Ufotable by "Demon Slayer" and much less people by fate. Ufotable is known not so many people for how good animations and fights they can do thanks to Fate, but the Fate series itself did not bring them such popularity as "Demon Slayer" due to the confusion of chronology, multiverse, and so on, normie and the children of which there are a lot and who watch anime and bring popularity and fame do not waste time on such complex anime where it is difficult to deal even with where to start watching anime itself and figure out what's going on, therefore, even thanks to the popularity that "Demon Slayer" brought to Ufotable, Fate is not as well known and popular as Chainsaw Man and "Demon Slayer" itself in the circle of people who watching anime. This is the reason why anime like Fate and Toaru Majutsu no Index have never become as popular as "Demon slayer" and other similar anime.

Bro went through 1 hour and 23 minutes and is still expecting normal character demonstrations XD. Genshin demos are basically hype pieces for each character to make you want to buy them and to showcase character theme songs.

Tighnari's old VA (that you can hear in the demo) was fired for using his role to get with underage fans. Zach Gordon replaced him. Good riddance
