22:00 BP Peaks : Exactly I felt the same. Chirraku dobbindhi. Instilling sex, violence, bloodshed, lawless consequences in the name of creativity and alpha male driven character is sh**iest thing ever. Arjun Reddy felt organic with character getting scrutinized for his flaws. The scenes in the movie felt natural. Excluding the love angle (Which for me, felt like Stockholm Syndrome). Nevertheless movie still remained cult barring few flaws. Animal, IMO felt like a spine-less product aimed mainly at critics who panned Arjun Reddy.

i completely agree with what you said, many emotions and plot points just were half baked and left out, like the father son bonding goes nowhere, same with love angle, family bonding, villian, zoya and etc.. i felt like sandeep thought critis didnt like arjun reddy/kabir singh cause its 'bold' and wanted to make an already good film, more 'bold', so that he will win his imaginary war with the critis. direction was really good but the writing was changed and i fell like sandeep changed the writing to make the film more bold but he just made the film worse in the proccess imo

A huge blunder in the movie... Villain sends 200 people in india to kill Ranbir.... such a strong influence he has in India...But he doesn't even have 50 people to protect him at the house when the shootout happens in climax at scotland- where he lived his life....

The feminists ranting about this are valid. India was ranked at 127 out of 146 countries in terms of gender parity. The amount of people cheering at all the misogynistic scenes is concering. Our audience are not smart and i've seen how some even tried to mimic what they see in tv in real life, so yes movies like this are harmful meanwhile movies like godfather arent because director doesn't glorify them

I personally feel people's opinion changes according to majority of others, already vanga ki oka public applause undhi and more over his i dont give a shit kind of nature makes audience more hooked to him, i personally dint like the film but majority people ki mve nachesariki i felt is something wrng with me, later on every meme on social media is in favour of the film naming it another cult and even making huge box office numbers, this way though few people dint like the film ,they started to convience themselves they were wrng and mve is a hit..🙃🙃

Explained well. I felt second half was dragged as well but overall it was good experience. I liked the final fight/song combo. Logic switches in brain had o be turned off for the movie but the feel was high throughout the movie.

Huge huge huge respect for voicing out your honest opinions. Being a man, I can understand that saying the affair is not justified and ok at all makes you UNFORTUNATELY VERY VERY UNCOOL according to a large section of the audience. Just like many I was taken away in the beginning with the hype, but eventually the slow toxicity showcased in the second half is striking very hard. It's a way of normalising serious issues which shouldn't be normalised at all. Just a logical question.. If there was a male mole, how would the hero handle him.. Would he have gay sex and make him fall in with him to get the truth out? 😂😂 He kills every other enemy at the first sight without even thinking of extracting information which is basic but when it comes to a female enemy, he suddenly starts using the brain and plotting an intellectual strategy while all he did with the other important villains was just so dumb. Agreed on most aspects, but Barbell, u missed one major point at 15:25, the call records thing, the villain tells that guy to call on the app if u remember. Basically the Bava gets emotional on seeing the double and makes the call without the app using regular call. Even if u pulled previous records, u wouldn’t find anything.

@@abhi_cmiuc I think it’s more of an indirect implication that Bava was put there by the villains in order to execute this elaborate plan. Agreed that it would have been nicer to have shown some details instead of the excessive focus on Ranbir’s toxicity which was already very well established. Prudhvi’s character was simply killed off like wtf, so random. I think they cut some scenes where there are more details. Probably Vanga had to decide between details and toxicity and he chose the former which brings more money and his policy of Violence. I have nothing against that though. I would honestly preferred a 3hr 45 mins film with complete details and more father son relationship.

I second barbell here.. it could have been way better if it were a series.. vanga could have explored all his characters better, and as an audience, we could have taken breaks while watching the series.. Beginning of the movie itself they show older Vijay who tells monkey story. Then itself audience knows he is ultra flawed character. Since school days heroine has feelings for vijay and they both know it. His alpha story just triggers that buried emotion to come back to him. This is animal world same like kgf world. In KGF if we see garuda’s intro he was most powerful than any politician and police force he had his men inside with full security in disguise. Animal world is such there is more crime and less of law. Even factory workers roots for blood. There is big plan for animal park. Vijay’s son with Rashmika and kids with Trupthi. Bobby’s kids with his multiple wives and also new twins born to third wife. There will be many more Ranbirs and Bobbys in future in Animal park spread across different generations. Intentionally Vanga made Bobby’s father accept other religion so that they will have lot of kids and have huge family who will be coming at vijay for next few years. Vijay became animal because of his father. But he will remain animal even after his father dies and wife leaves him. The reverse screenplay mainly because to give that high during interval. Else those action sequences should have been ideally in second half with linear screen play. In second half few scenes and few lengthy convos could have been cut down and given little more time for Bobby’s character building. People love movies because of some high scenes and also the trance they come out of the theatre. Vanga was successful in both, thats why movie is doing good even with its flaws. In future Vanga can easily cut down some unnecessary scenes and conversations and focus high intensity and emotional scenes. Songs and bgm are also good.
