u gotta fully upgrade ur house and then lyle will ask u what theme u wanna dp for ur house. If u get lots of points then u get gold door,roof,fence, and mailbox. u get gold roof by getting 300,000 points, Door:500,000 Fence:900,000 and Mailbox:1.1 million

Do you have a Silver Watering Can yet? If not, I suggest purchasing all of the flowers you can from the Garden Shop each day. After buying I believe a total of 50 Flowers over the weeks, you are gifted a free Silver Watering Can from the shop owner! It works very nice. Not as good as the Golden one of course, but for a free can it does the job and more.
