I still remember walking into this place. As a young poor dude I tried to get myself ready on the way before I got there. The video does little justice on the sound.

this video makes me smile. Animal Bag changed my life. If it wasn't for them I don't know if I would have made it out of high school. I drew they logo on everything, spent my nights at home, alone, singing along to the cd. This is amazing and fills my heart. Thanks

This is a gem!! Made my day to find this! Animalbag will always be one of my favorite groups, and inspiration. The shows that opened acoustic, and second set bludgeoning... those are great memories! ✌

So glad you liked it! They have always been one of my favorite bands..Only 2 original members are still alive, Luke Edwards(vocals) and Otis Hughes(bass)..R.I.P. Boo and Rich..

I remember seeing the guys practice at the house before they left for LA. Thanks for uploading this show. Wish i could have been there.

I remember it blew my mind the first time David Powell brought me to a practice. I kept thinking how cool Boo's grandparents had to be. Those were some good times.

I cut my teeth with Paragon. We knew we would make it...just to watch Animal Bag hit it. While Sonny & Mark stuck around Charlotte after LA, Scott did a lot with "The Usuals" I met these guys again at MGM for the filming of 90210, I got a gig at MGM, I did client interaction. I was the "schmooze dude" Sonny Ledfurd, Rehab and Dreadnot all had to watch their spot on TV go to these guys. What a Great time. I worked with all 3 of those bands later. Today, I tip my hat. The night Boo died, we played Everquest until 3am. Colonial Park Apts. I miss that guy. Godspeed. I owe a lot to these guys....not because I worked with them, I did very little with Animal Bag. It is because we met again as professionals in Los Angeles....because of that my career engaged many artists I would never have worked with had it not been for our association. I miss those days. -J1

Do you mean Sunny Ledfurd from Gastonia? They had Fred Durst set to produce them. They sent Fred a second demo which had antisemitic lyrics, this pissed off Fred and he blacklisted them with all his connections.

Great guys. Still see Otis on occasion.
