This song always reminded me of my dad who passed away many years before ani created the song. On the morning of my Uncle’s funeral (my Dad’s brother) I got into my car to drive to the funeral home and this song played on the radio. It seemed like such a ‘coincidence’... I knew through the song playing in that particular moment that there was somehow sense in what seemed senseless, and the presence of both my Uncle and my Dad with me.
