Here is a nice shortcut I found for justifying on countries faster: After you shift click on a piece of the target country's land, you can then press W then it would take you straight to it's diplomacy page where you can then justify on it. While it doesn't save that much time, it's still a very convenient thing to master. Here are some extra shortcuts that are also useful to master: Q - Brings up the COUNTRY page W - Brings up the DIPLOMACY page E - Brings up the ECOMONY page A - Brings up the TECHNOLOGY tree S - Brings up the MILITARY page I figured these out myself.
