Honestly, one of the better years of Modern AVGN. Really just entertaining.

I love the episode where he finally beat Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The production value on that one is insane. I don't know how 2024 will surpass it, but I can't wait.

well, except for the Audio. my guess is that he had some backgrund noise and didn't want to re-record everything again, so he put noise suppression on.

Man, I love that Final Fantasy III video. I was also born in 1980, and spent the summer of 1995 playing it. It was, and still is, an epic experience. Now I want to replay it (again)...

We live in a society where the old AVGN Indiana Jones episode made to tie-in with the corresponding movie is more nostalgic for the actual movie

So crazy how a current season is 6 episodes. Each episode is such a big spectacle though! We've come a long way since the early seasons. I love what this show has become. I'm such a nerd.

This is one of the best AVGN seasons ever.

I love the sound effect of the old nerd to make it seem like it’s an old movie. The pause in audio and the intensity of the speaking. Especially during the “confession” let’s see how many people noticed that. Love you James keep up the great work ❤

If you love FF and Chrono Trigger, Bahamut Lagoon was another VERY overlooked J-RPG that actually was on the level of these, story and music were similarly emotionally engaging. 💯

this is a classic! (i was talking about the jekyll and hyde episode.. forgot i was on a full season video)

ff6 was def the coolest episode of the year, inspired me to pick the game up

In the Earthworm Jim episode you failed to talk about the race with psychro. It was one of my favorite parts.

I completed my childhood with paper Mario 64 a couple years back....never beat it when I was a kid and finally went at it a few years ago...I know this feeling all too well

When is AVGN going to fully cross over into the PSONE/N64/Saturn era? Final Fantasy 7 OG is old enough to get some treatment now from Nerd and a review of the original would coincide with Rebirth.
