    These cats need a lot of land and grass to roam, not to be in caged up like prisoners.

    They want out, they can hunt on their own. I hope the can get as close as possible the original Barbary lion and release several of them back into he Atlas mountains ⛰ . Thanks to Rome again this is another species that suffered from their ridiculous exertions.

    I'm sure these lions have an outdoor enclosure as well. What can be seen here is their indoor enclosure (which looks spotless). Also, they look in perfect health - there are no signs of pacing up and down, commonly associated with big cats that are constantly kept in a confined space. Please research how poaching is killing the remaining lion population in Africa, and it is predicted that there will be no lions left in the wild if it continues. These lions were not taken from the wild plains of Africa, but were bred in captiviy.

    This is just the interior part of their area,wich is much bigger with rocks,trees,caves...in other zoos once the animals get to their hideout part visitors can not watch them.They rethink the area to make it possible without disturbing the lions.

    On cold days they should have a proper sized enclosure then. If your going to have a zoo to exploit these beautiful and endangered species you should have adequate space for them. For God's sake they make enough money off them don't they. I despise zoo's.

    Walkman said what I was thinking about the inside space. They are most likely being very well taken care of. If it was not for Zoo's conservation/breeding programs, there would most likely end up being many animals that would go extinct in the near future. The lions are not angry...they are just being lions.

    The reason for the lioness’s roar is a separated lioness in the next enclosure. A video in 2016 shows the secluded lioness refused to eat. The emaciation of hers was chronicle. However, the zoo only kept feeding her. Ironically she chose to famish herself. The zoo should have consulted a physician. In fact, nothing was ever tried to treat her or ever to look for the cause(s). I want to know what happened to the emaciated lioness. Are the two lionesses siblings? Why is one lioness secluded? Lions are socialized mammals. Lionesses cannot quite stand loneliness. I have searched for any news about the situation. Nothing shows up.

    Why the king lion is taking out its tongue like that? Has anybody tried to see in zoo if he is suffering from something? People tend to ignore symptoms shown by animals. They cannot speak like us. So we need to understand if they are trying to tell us something about their pain.

  • @ThePanther97

    @ThePanther97

    6 жыл бұрын

    only elf pussy for the King of gondor No, it’s because of climate. Lions get thicker and larger manes in cool or cold climates, dark manes occur when a lion is older or comes from a lush green environment. There are some populations in the wild that have those big manes, but they’re normally found in mountainous areas where the temperatures get cool or cold. Hairy African lions in mountainous areas used to be very common in the past but now there’s only a few small populations that exist, that’s why you’re used to seeing them in the hot Savannahs with smaller manes and shorter fur because the hairy mountain populations are no longer common and are rarely filmed.
