Hello friends, I had to lock the Angry white cat in the cage to take it to the vet, but the angry white cat noticed this and did not let me catch it, so I could not take the angry white cat to the vet. I failed on the first day. I will post the rest of the treatment process.

Try using a bigger carrier. Make AWC gaming deeper and take more time to get out.

I had a similar problem. Solved it by constructing a radio-controlled vertical door that I could trigger remotely. Used a metal trap and trigger mechanism by a well-known feral cat trap company. I had to modify the door so it would fall downward in two slide channels I easily built from stuff found at my local hardware. I just bolted it together. No cutting required. These ferals were so skittish that I had to monitor the trap with a camera, but it worked as intended, and we now have three new indoor kitties that live being house cats! Hope you have ultimate success!

I really don't remember. There was the cost of the original cat trap, which was around a hundred dollars, I think. Then, when that didn't work well, I called the manufacturer to discuss what they had for remote door triggers. I think the remote, which is just like one for remote control cars, and the solenoid it actuated, were about 75 bucks. The metal channels and pre-slotted backers so I could convert the back door of the original cat trap and bolt it in the slides to the door area of the cage I turned into a large cat trap were about ten bucks. I had to add a small wire platform, maybe 3" X 2" to hold the solenoid so it's retractable rod would fit through the cage mesh and hold the door up, but I had stuff kicking around the place to make that. Essentially, the door, when released, slides down like a guillotine. Of course, I made sure to use a cage big enough that the cat would be well clear of the door when it dropped and not be able to sprint back in time to get out or be hurt by the falling door. Then I tested it at the location in my garage where I wanted to put the trap to be sure I could trigger it from my living room chair from where I could monitor the camera. I used an alarm-sending wifi camera I already had, so I'd know when I had a customer. When everything worked, all I needed was the cooperation of the target kitty. We've trapped and rehomed 5 very skittish ferals that way.

Thanks for trying to save the Angry White Cat! Please don’t give up!! Definitely take other’s advice and try a bigger carrier. Hopefully, if AWC is hungry enough, he/she will go for it!

I wonder how old she is, cats develop kidney failure, its really common. I lost a cat due to this. You need a bigger cage. I had to go through hell to get my kitty to vet and we were close but he didn't want the cage, its heart breaking to hear I'm trapped cry.. but this poor baby is so lucky to have you, I'm so happy to know you see that something is wrong and try to get them help. Thank you so much for getting her or any of them Vet care.

AWC is very savvy. No foolin the superstar 😂. Maybe a square of cardboard to scoot AWC into the carrier safely. A genius, savvy cat lol 😂 Also, put the food at the back of the cage, not the front.

Try and see if the vet will give you some tranquillizer to mix in her food so you can catch her. She will probably need some anesthetic anyway before the vet can examine her. Worth a try? But very good thought to get her checked out, there may very well be some underlying medical cause for her agressive behaviour. Still, not trusting humans will be a part of it.
