They're afraid, that's why most of them have their hair & tails sticking up, but they are usually more willing to fight in those situations since those cats know they could probably be killed by them and most of those dogs don't seem to see them as much of a threat since dog society is more of a "bigger animal superior, small animal = weak" type thing

dogs nowadays are sterile, they are trained to be friendly and cuddly pets, put any cat against a dog raised at a farm or in the mountains or a stray dog, your cat will running as fast as she can to the first tree of fence she can find. There are a few examples here as well. Remember that humans kept dogs to defend them from predators and raise the alarm. They kept cats to catch mice. Don't know who had the most vital job role amongst them. Also, when cat beats a dog all you'll see is a few scratches, if a dog gets a cat, oh my God, expect to see blood everywhere and dismembered body parts. You're clearly live in fantasy land thinking that dogs are afraid of cats. I'm not a fan of neither or both, it's just my opinion.

It's not easy to get ahold of a dog when it's moving around constantly in attempt to get away from the cat, especially given it's size. it didn't look intentional so i can't blame the owner as it was obviously not intentional on her part.

The speed these little things attack! Having owned several different animal species, cat is the one facinates me the most...

That last video was straight up savage. You could tell that those dogs were hunting that cat in the tree. First they knock the tree down by tearing at its base until it fell over then they both tried to rip the cat appart. And that dickhead is just standing there laughing at it the whole time.

I've been around pets many, many years and it was extremely rare when the cats and dogs did not get along. Ours use each other as pillows on the couch. Best of luck to all of them!
