Professor , thank you so much for your videos. First, must say that I am not a English Language student. At the present time , this is my third year of studying Russian Language by myself. Just like anything else, the first year was not easy but I never gave up. But guess what, a few months ago I started to continue learning Russian by watching a couple channels like the one you have and recently I came across your channel. Now, I feel like it is easier to learn Russian Language by watching Native Russian Speaking Person teaching English to Native Russians because now, after 3 years of Russian Grammar and readings, I am able to understand a big percentage of your speech in Russian (Basically is what I focus the most - your speech through the entire video and the lesson about modal verbs I have it clear but is a good review to me too) I hope you understand what I will try to explain. When you teach English this way , I mean to me, in my mind ( As Russian Language Student ) you teach your lesson, I discover in your lessons ways of learning Russian Language that are not taught by a native Russian teacher to a foreign Russian Student. In short, I see both sides of the coin like in this lesson (Modal Verbs) when you teach I am able to understand , analyze, translate to the most approachable meaning in English but since my primary language is Spanish, right away when I Speak , Read or Listen Russian Language the first translation goes to Spanish Language in my mind because the speech or message we want to communicate is the same in Russian and Spanish and an additional translation comes into in English but both have a slightly difference. Well, that is my story and I will keep following you even though your main focus is to teach English, to me is a great Russian Lesson. Thank you so much teacher. Even though watching natives speak is the core idea of my teaching method, I never would've thought my lessons could be used in such a manner, as well) I wish you best of luck in achieving your goal of learning Russian language, you sure don't go easy on yourself ;)
