Its just Microsoft PowerPoint I imagine, he's either just using the pen tool to write or using a drawing tablet to write.

You made a mistake on the last question, where you said the missing angle was 114 but it was 48
how? everything was correct, and x is clearly an obtuse angle, so it can't be 48
