Yup you can but , it will be a very small one and it will be very complicated to make those wheel system . I suggest to make a little bigger so it will be easy and attractive.

The bigger triangle is fixed with fivicol or any other gum. Small ones were made movable (fixed with wheels made).

I made in one day only because I was sit to do at 3:01 and stand at nigth 8 o clock

I have an doubt we should take a triangle and mark the sides only or cut accordingly to the measure of angle

In this video where they are using pen top part, it's completely fail, this doesn't work, full fail
