He won’t pitch again besides as a reliever. If anything as a starter the dodgers will do everything to not have him pitch.

@@don9733 I don’t think so. Ohtani once had 8 RBIs and 13 strikeouts in 2 consecutive games against the KC Royals in June 2022. He’s that legendary.

What a fantastic 3rd inning. Lux smashes his second homer for the year, Biggio bunts for a hit (you don't see that much anymore), Shohei smashes one out of the park, Pages bats in Freeman. Zach Neto went down fielding a ground ball from Miggy Ro, but it sounds like he'll be back in action soon.

Agreed, putting a zero in front of single digit numbers on jerseys is always a bad idea. Then again you could argue the entire City Connect concept was a bad idea, or at least poorly executed

Someone needs to tell Plesac, when they are sitting on your fastball, throw something else!

If Glasnow had gotten better run support in some of his starts, he'd probably be leading the Cy Young race. Ohtani with another moonshot HR. That guy is on another level.

I really was hoping the Angels would win.

I think these new city connect jerseys look pretty sweet! Reminds me of something The L.A. Galaxy, NASA, and the Dodgers collaborating might produce! I dig the clean af look that compliments the futuristic lines. The updated cursive Dodger D looks classy af! Could have been sweeter without the rainbow galaxy specks in space but it still works somehow. Whoever designed this at NIKE needs a raise or a promotion. Another home run of a jersey just like the blue/gold Bruin style one they did a couple years back. Bravo, Dodgers, bravo!! 👏 👏 👏 👏

I wish the Dodgers would chill with the winning! I don't want them to lock up the division too early. This happens every season and they get complacent during that last month. Then the scrappy teams battling for the wild card will have all the momentum like always.

For those wonfering from the highlights, they didnt show the how Glasnow got the unearned run- GLASNOW retired his first nine batters before catcher Will Smith’s interference put Nolan Schanuel on base leading off the fourth. Nolan scored on Taylor Ward’s ground-rule double.

are pitchers not throwing a full game anymore? Because boy if you look back in the day late in the games were the gnarly competitive strike/outs….question and opinion that’s it 🤷🏼‍♂️

Glasnow is infamously injury prone and has only gone 100+ innings for three seasons in his career. Dave and the Dodgers organization are interested in playing the long game, not over extending players for the sake of meaningless JUNE games or to appease fans who don’t understand baseball.
