Nice reaction! On the piano is the co-writer of the song, Toby Gad. Just to let you know, the other co-writer of the song, BC Jean, was the first to sing the song as well as the person the song is about. Per Toby, they played it for Beyonce one day and she really wanted to sing and use this song, and the rest you say is history. Angelina and Toby have been working together for a while now and are creating new music for her to sing. They teased a song at a special event called Bad Valentine and it should be coming out within a few months. This collaboration is awesome! The Piano Diaries is Toby's project of other singers singing his most famous songs. Angelina of course is singing this song made famous by Beyonce. Who is Toby Gad? Gad is a German music producer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. He is known for co-writing songs including John Legend's biggest hit, "All of Me", the fifth-highest certified single in RIAA history, and for co-writing and producing "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Fergie and "If I Were a Boy" by Beyoncé. Other notable works include "Skyscraper" for Demi Lovato, "Who You Are" for Jessie J, "Untouched" for The Veronicas, "A Year Without Rain" for Selena Gomez & the Scene, "Don't Hold Your Breath" for Nicole Scherzinger, "Love You More" for JLS, and "I Do" for Colbie Caillat.

The writers of the song, BC Jean and Toby Gad (which was the pianist here), was first performed by BC Jean, later covered by Beyonce which is the most popular. And now Angelina's time..... This really means a lot to us fans, that she was chosen out of all female singers out there. Thank you Toby. And thank you Sir for your kind words to Angelina, you really like her as an artist. No matter the person, she goes to your soul with her voice and lifts your hopes and emotions up. It's just so angelic and perfect. I listened to Angelina so much and for so many years that no more goosebumps. The pianist in the video, Toby Gad, is the co-songwriter of "If I Were a Boy" (and some other famous songs such as John Legend's "All of Me".....). Toby ask Angelina to sing this song for his new project, Piano Diaries which is in the title of the official video.

Great reaction Bane - you feel like all us other Angels. The best song is the last you listen to. However, this song is different - it is very special and thank you to Toby Gant for asking AJ to sing this for his album. Toby is a brilliant muso and he recognises and appreciates superior talent - just like a lot of others in the music industry.

👣Angelina only keep getting better and better, - simply amazing. And considering that it willl go on like that for a few years still, - even thinking of that makes goosbumps appear, even under my feet. She is a master of her craft, no doubt. 🤩 BTW - talking about feet - did you get it? I do like so much that Angelina lately is stating it very "laud & clear", as she make her point of performing with bare feet - like as she👠👠 walks in to the "stage" - then shoes off 👣 and ready to perform. This song was played to death and the cover by Beyonce was pretty good...this right here is the epitome of next level vocals and re-creating a new song out of an old song. Thanks to Toby Gad for having the wisdom to choose Angelina for the re-imagining of his hit songs. She and Toby are writing new music together and will be coming soon. He is a multi Grammy winning songwriter/musician/producer and introduced her when she performed with him at the London Palladium concert as the next Superstar....great things are about to happen my friend...be patient, hard to do but we all need to be patient. 🥰🥰
