Angelina is an incredible vocalist… one of the greatest singers of this era. I have to listen to her at least once a day… everything she records is amazing. I just love her.

Angelina is one of the most addictive singers I have ever listened to, & one of the very few, that can pull you right into the song, making you feel, every word, every note, & every emotion. ❤️💙 I always have this feeling that Angelina is not only channeling some of these late great singers, but that they also pass through her, when she is singing their song ❤️💙 A rare beauty, in every sense of the word ❤️💙 Whether you are a believer in reincarnation or not, I find it very intriguing that Lou Rawls, the American Jazz & blues singer legend, passed away only a few days before Angelina was born 😊 Loved your reaction!!!

She arraigned that! At the beginning you see her giving the band leader? those hand written notes. Note the grin on his face. It's always her song. She owns it top to bottom.

The more I watch it, the more I am impressed. Even the way she effectively adds some missing volume by controlling the distance to the microphone. Wow!

She communicates the meaning behind the song so well. The song is about a heartbroken girl who still loves her man so much even after his running around with other women that she is putting a spell on him to keep him hers. The anger and desperation comes through when she sings the "I love you" part and it's a true tribute to Screamin' Jay Hawkins's version from 1956.

Song was written from a male perspective. Hawkins himself wrote it. He didn't just do a version. It's his song. Nothing in the song about being heartbroken. He's using magic to keep her in line. He sounds a bit pissed, and that's the way Angelina sings it too.

She said she was from Germany that she lived in Dusseldorf .she did win the Norway's Got Talent program in 2014. She said that she began to sing at a year-and-a-half and that her first songs song was jazz

A true blessing to have found her,keep an eye out for her, Has to be a Superstar in the near future!!!

That was a dynamic vocal....AMAZING!!

My favorite part is the long bridge that she sings towards the end, and then her ending. The breath control she exhibits is amazing! And then there's the final phrase: "I don't care if you don't love me..." which sounds vaguely middle eastern, with a touch of the sound of the Muslim call to prayer. It's mysterious, and very deep for a child of nine.

I have been a fan of hers for over two years, and I love to see reactions from people who have not heard about her (although I don't see why) when she sings this song...It still brings goosebumps to my old body, when I hear her sing this song...so perfect!

I just love her singing this song and cant wait to get her CD!!! She is amazing!

This child is sensational, she says she loves spending ages in record shops wading through the jazz albums. She sings songs previously made famous by Billy Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra but sticks her own interpretation on them. She is not yet a teenager. Angelina is building a massive fan base.

She can do anything.

She was 9 here. Since then she hasn't growled in her songs. She uses techniques that wouldn't harm her vocal chords so her singing comes out effortless. Her breath control is excellent. Notice how prolonged the "oh" was, without her stopping her breath and the way she held that last note for 14 seconds. Amazing at that age!

I had the joy of actually seeing Ella Fitzgerald at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club way back in the early 60's. When I accidently tuned into this little child singing "Every Time We Say Goodbye" isat there in shock. All those memories came flooding back. This girl made me a fan from then on.

les cox She has so much attachment to emotion when she sings that she draws you in and sings directly to your soul as if she is singing just to you, even in a room of a million people. Her intro to Bohemian Rhapsody is a prime example.

I like her version of "it's a man's world." I watch most everything she does now, but my favorite is first time reaction videos! The best!😂😂😂

I love listening to Angelina! She was born to sing these songs. She's totally at home with them. Angelina just keeps getting better and better.

Angelina is born 2006 and she has this voice .... like, i just love her, i got myself a beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 ohm headsett, and the sound is just...Wow... i have often thinked about what if she had sung with Amy winehouse, when Amy was in the Frank period.... At age 74 I've heard hundreds, maybe thousands of great singers in my life but I stumbled on some of her singing (Angelina Jordan) at 8 and 9 years old and I was numb with shock at her amazing performances. No matter the songs she sings she absolutely kills it! To date I really don't know who to compare her with. She is in a league all of her own. She can sing any level high or low pitch in perfect tune. She will be one of the greatest of all time. What amazes me most is you'd think she'd have a hundred record labels beating her down down to sign her? At this point I don't know if she has signed one or not??? If you want to be amazed then look on youtube and watch her videos! You'll see what I mean!

I read that her parents currently keep her sheltered and limit her performances and have turned down numerous offers. They want her to experience a somewhat normal childhood. She is currently competing in AGT 2020 and received the golden buzzer during her audition. She is 13 now. It won't be long before she gets to go all out and the entire world will know her.

I'm a musician and have been performing since 1965. I've performed throughout the US and Asia. I came upon this a week ago and, like thousands of others, was utterly stunned. I've gone on to listen to all of her songs and many of her rehearsals, and despite the awards, accolades, and well deserved praise, I believe this song, done at age 8, with a very very good band, in an intimate setting, is her best work. It is simply perfection. It's like watching a school bus take off and fly. You just stand there dumbfounded. I found her later pieces suffered from poor back up musicians that did her no good. I mean "I Put a Spell on You" should NEVER be sung in a wide open auditorium with a freaking guitar replacing horns! I'm not sure how much time I have left but she sure has lightened my path.

"Born to Die" just yanks my heart out...she's A-mazing😍

WARNING TO ALL YOUNG SINGERS: Don’t try to sing like Angelina until you know how to do it. Take voice lessons and learn everything you can about vocal technique and artistic styling. If you try to do what she does before you know what you are doing, you could severely damage your voice and may never be able to sing again. Angelina has a gift that very, very few people in history have ever had. All of her physical vocal abilities and sense of musical style came to her at birth and because her family played music all the time as she was growing up. She is a force of nature. You can aspire to sing like her, but don’t push it. We would like to see and hear you on KZread someday!

At seven years she won Norways Got Talent starting by singing I'm a Fool To Want You ala Billie Holiday. Wow!

She does most of her own arrangements too, by the by. The clip at the beginning , of her writing, was her making changes to the arrangement , and you can see the musician smiling .

She got a tremendous voice, and she's got things under her hand.

Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular, never the same, totally unique and she has recently made a cover channel. My favourites are; - her improvised lyric back to black amy winehouse - my way (enhanced audio) - diamonds are forever - strangers in the night - every time we say goodbye

Again someone can’t find a word to describe her voice. We all better a start inventing a new word! Lol. No mater what! I love her! WOW

She is untouchable!! Original artist's hide in Shame when Angelina does one of their cover songs!!

When I watched this for the first time, I went to the comments and the topmost one was; "I can't breathe" with some 350 likes and just added myself to the queue. That a child that young could so totally get such adult emotions and give them full throttle expression just leaves me . . . breathless.

I agree with your comments about breathing. I'm instantly mesmerized, entranced. She is ageless when she sings but at the ending she says bye in a girly way and you hear her age. She is an incredible human above and beyond her singing.

First, there's that incredible singing voice, completely blowing me away, and then, suddenly, there's a little girl voice saying "tusen takk" ("many thanks"). There should be a warning: "May cause mental whiplash!"

Just a small irrelevance but you noticed I'm sure that she generally sings without shoes. It appears a couple of years ago she went to India and whilst there saw a street child vendor who had nothing on her feet on a stony road. She immediately took of her own shoes and gave them to the girl, since then she says she goes bare footed as a mark of respect to all children who cannot have shoes like she can. As I said to your comments about Angelica and Darci, these children make me feel very small and humble.

She's 12 yrs old, from Norway, and there are a lot of videos online, just google her songs/music. She's amazing.Watch & listen to her "Born To Die."

Look at her first two Norways Got Talent auditions. I think she was seven. 1st I'm a Fool to Want You. acapella 2nd Gloomy Sunday. 3rd listen to What is Life and Shield. She wrote both of them around age 12.

I'd suggest Angelina singing Valerie and Born to Die, two of my favorites

Pat Downs (and yang ) I'm 6o and had never heard this before until she sang it ! You can't expect everyone to know every song out there ! Thats the beautiful thing about music, when you personally here something "new" for the first time and say .....oh my god !!! , thats what this is !!! Go Angelina!!!

Just happened upon this reaction and I'm so glad I did. Nearly fell out of my chair laughing at the end when you said 'If she has any other songs, please let me know'. I imagine you're well caught up by now. Watching this May 11, 2019 - a year and four months later. How many of her songs have you listened to by now? 30, 40, 50? She's got an amazing repertoire, all worth a second, or tenth listen, and she's only 13 now. Astounding!

Yeh I've got loads of links for her but haven't yet got round to reacting to them. I could spend a day recording and editing reactions, but that will only get me around 12 videos. And between reaction days lots more links come to my attention. I can only do so many and with more and more people asking for the more familiar artists, I tend to prioritise them, especially if they're trending. I'll never catch up with requests but that's just the nature of the beast Haha. I will get back round to Angelina for sure. Just not sure when. I haven't filmed a reaction video since Jan as I'm working a lot lately.

@@EAPFilmsOfficial No problem, her view count per video is starting to get into the millions range (6.5M on 'I Put A Spell On You' ) now, and she has an new album coming out soon, so I don't think it'll be long before you'll be hearing her anyways. Try not to work too hard. You only have one life to live; be a shame to waste it. Unless, of course, you're doing something you love, then go for it. : )

Her performance was out of this word. Chronologically she is too young to have the depth of emotion to perform like that, she must have been visited (reincarnated) by the likes of Amy Winehouse and the great passionate artists of the past. As if they had a convention in Angelina’s soul maybe they haven’t left maybe they are still there. Whether anyone knows this, you don’t teach performances like this, especially to such a young person. To me it felt like seeing the Sistine Chapel ceiling or the Statue of David, the Pacific Ocean, the Grand Canyon or the Rocky Mountains for the first time, It was awesome to the nerves of my bones. Set aside all the comments I’ve seen and heard, there is basically only one comment that said it all, and it wasn’t verbal, It was the facial and body expressions of Alesha Dixon, not what she said, but her body and face reactions. Singers (vocal artists) know where this young girl is and what she just did. She isn’t a singer, she is a vocal artist.

She can very low and high as well. It's a gift from Universe.

I had avoided watching this song because, as you say, she starts quite low. But the video is done so well and she is completely immersed in the song as always, it's mind-blowing . She started singing jazz at one and a half years. She won Norway's Got Talent when she was seven. She has more range than you hear here. Search KZread for her name. She has quite a lot posted. You want her initial audition and the next, the songs are Billie Holliday, Gloomy Sunday and I'm a Fool to Want You. I never ever liked jazz and now I can't stop listening. She branches out to Elvis, Adele, And at age 12 you will find her original, Shield. She wrote the lyrics and at least contributed to the sound. If you watch the one on the talk show you will hear her sing a bit of Diamonds are Forever acapella. She is quite brilliant, a vocal genius.

She is really good, other songs, diamonds are for ever, I'm filling good (live on the stream Gir Tilbake) It's now or never, I know you will like

She has the amazing ability to cover songs and make them even better than the original. The covers that I think are better are "Crazy" (Willie Nelson-Patsy Cline), "Mary's boy child", and "Every time we say goodbye". If you get a chance also listen to "Unchained Melody" , "Faded", and "Here comes the sun".

Kevin Neal She is awesome on this version she has arranged . The many other videos she has which are mostly acoustic my personal favorites are A MILLION YEARS AGO, which is an Adele song and everyone admits she is much better than Adele. Another is STAY which she sounds amazing doing. You just have to scroll through all her videos beginning with her first audition on Norway's Got Talent where she won the whole thing when she was eight years old,

Believe it or not, this isn't my full time job. I was doing g these reactions when I had more free time and no daughter. I'm a father now which takes up a chunk of time as well as my busy day job. Some things have to take a sideline. And when I do upload reactions, I can only watch so much which tend to be the stuff most of my subs want me to see. It's impossible to react to absolutely everything unless I quit my job, ditch the family and never sleep

She was 9 not 10. This is Angelina Jordan, she is the best singer in the world hands down. She was born the best, and as she matures she gets better. The body is trying to catch up to the talent. It shows that you have a lot to learn about vocals. Break it down, breathing best ever, phrasing noone is even close, over 20 tones , unlimited tools, her back phrasing takes way off beat and then a riff that brings her back. On and on and on!!!

She is barefoot because when she went to Afica a little girl did not have shoes and Angelina gave her shows to the child. She promised that whenever she sang she would dedicate the songs going barefore by not wearing shoes.

She's incredible! She has control. You should listen to her now at 10yrs old. She's combination of Amy Winehouse and Adele and Patsy Cline.

Screaming Jay Hawkings was her version. But done as a girl, not a crazy old bluesman. She's amazing. Watch Screaming Jay's live version. He wrote the song.

Wish she'd do more Cole Porter. Check out her "Every Time We Say Goodbye". The version you ought to see is her on some urban Oslo rooftop, with one guitar player; it's subtitled. Perfectly rendered. I keep going back to it.

Hi Dan, Angelina Jordan was 7 when she Auditioned for Norway's Got Talent. Singing "Gloomy Sunday" by Billie Haliday. Sang Nancy Sinatra's Bang Bang in the semi-finals. Was 8 year old when she performed "Summertime" in the final, which she won. You should also check out Angelina Jordan - Fly Me To The Moon - The View 2014. And has a whole host of other performances and festival performances. Too many to list. Her voice reminds me a lot like Amy Winehouse. She just celebrated her 12th birthday a few days ago.
