AJ's performance is absolutely stellar. She has to belt near the top of her range, and she handles the key change perfectly. Very little vocal strain or pressure. Her riffs during the coda are from another planet -- and the way she sustains fry and vibrato and breathiness throughout her runs is her signature: easily the best I've every encountered. This is what happens when you bring a classic jazz mentality and ability to classic pop. Thanks for your reaction!

Angelina don't do belting... She straps you in. And by the way : we do not really know what the top of her range actually is due to the fact that she has a seemingly unlimited reserve tank.

LOTS of space above and to each side... I'm not sure how others manage but it's a good size area they come up with, and we'd still see your handsome face🙃. Had this beautiful wonderchild performed this one as her second song,in America`s Got Talent Champions Edition,she would have swept the floor with the others. Nothing against Elton John or his Yellow Brick Road,but that song is not really fit for a show like that. Its a good song but wont catch all the people watching,that are supposed to vote for a winner. Then again,i heard from Angelinas camp that she was (despite her wish to win the entire thing on camera) there for the massive extra publicity,that would help her out making her solo album. Her biggest wish was to perform in front of Simon Cowell (wich she did,and she floored him) I guess the wish to win was just to show that she wouldnt mind it,but it wasnt really what they were going for. I think (with all respect to Simon as a buisnessman) it was the right call to not let Angelina be controlled by Simon for 1 year or more. Angelina needs to stay the free creative,mindblowing spirit,soul and humanbeing that she is.
