So glad you viewed this video. Yes, this was her formal introduction to the public. What you will find out after the great success she had performing on Norway's Got Talent is how her family reacted to all the attention. Angelina wanted to never stop singing and the family told her she can continue to sing and they will find opportunities for her to entertain the public. And, they explained to her that her education comes first and also they wanted her to enjoy the life of a young girl growing up. Angelina understood and had no objections to the plan. Of course along the way she performed for Kings, Presidents, Nobel Peace Prize Ceremonies, performing in Japan (opening for Norah Jones), Performing at the World Soccer Awards Ceremony, the French Debutante Ball and opening the Birthday Party for Quincey Jones' 85th Birthday in London singing 'Fly Me To The Moon'. (Well, not quite growing up like a normal young girl !!!!) Now that she's 18 the wraps have come off and she is ready to say hello to the world 'Big Time' and a World Tour will not be far away. I'll end my comment with this thought: People are concerned that the music industry might harm Angelina with all it's negativity in many ways. I actually think the opposite will occur. Angelina's influence in the industry is so great she will actually wind up cleaning up a lot of the negativity and bring a bright light to the business because everyone will begin to understand if they are genuinely good people and when they let the public see that, they will be rewarded. The 'affection' for music makers who live a life of sin in so many ways will begin to ebb. It will be just another step in our climb as a people to make the world a better place to live for everyone.

Thank you Saeed for a great reaction to our mini jazz queen at 7yrs old , she is amazing , it started at 18 months old and she has given everything, heart and soul to what she loves, she is an absolute joy, born to sing is an understatement, she is music and she is addictive once you go too far down the rabbit hole there's no way out but by that time you never want to get out .💜👣💎

Here is a quote from Angelina (7y) from an interview with TV2 after her Auditions NTG 2014. "The reason I chose this song is completely random. I love jazz, but" Gloomy Sunday "was random. It was a night I could not sleep and my mother was stressed that I was awake long after midnight. Then I borrowed my mom's iPad where I wanted to listen to jazz on KZread before I fell asleep. Then came a picture of a beautiful lady screaming at the sky and with her eyes closed. I heard the song "Gloomy Sunday" that night and then I had to hear it every day. I love the melody. I understood well what the text was about because I know English well. Every time I sang it I felt something special about it, it's hard to explain in words. When I sang it for mom, she said that this song is nice, but that it was incredibly sad song. " ♥👣👸🏻🎷

She has made her dream come true. As other young artists, people usually speak about the talent and all they have, but sometimes we forget how much they've missed and they've sacrificed to achieve their success. The things that they didn't had are so valuable as their talent, I believe.

Great reaction, thank you. This was the first time I heard this little fairy sing, 10 years ago and I've been hooked ever since. In all these years I have listened to she thousands of times in hundreds of splendid interpretations and yet every time I see this first performance of hers at the age of 7, it makes me move again, like the first time, with that wonderful concentration of humility, simplicity, candor, sympathy and talent. 💛🧡❤

Sir, Her real name is Angelina Jordan Astar. Her family thought it to pretentious to let it stand so her artists name is Angelina Jordan. As this was the first time she used this name she stumbled a bit in the beginning. At home as you heard in the end, she was called Jordan. Be safe. Elmar from Germany

The world meets Angelina for the first time. Angelina reveals in her recent 10 year retrospective that her life changed after this performance. So many talent agents from around the world descended on her school that she was unable to continue to attend classes. Her family has shielded and protected her ever since.

I have never seen anyone improve year to year like Angelina. At anything. It is like she has a different voice every year and it has not stopped. They set the bar high for her--she walked up, threw the bar away--"I don't think i will be needing this".

The judges comments were/are spot on and yet she has remained so humble knowing how her talent affects people

Congratulations on finding and diving deeper into to Angelina Jordan “rabbit hole”! I can remember singing advertisement jingles before I was in school and Mom thought I was a genius, (I proved her wrong). Angelina was a performer with purpose at 7!

Even when you know that she did win that entire competition it is amazing every time to see this. And now, 10 years later, we see a young confident singer capable to do vocals many others are only dreaming of. No, I do not like every song Angelina takes on but every song is as good as or even better as the orginals. Her self written and composed songs are so, so good...... I like and love them all. And no doubt there is much more to come: a female voice is fully developed around the age of 25-30 years, so Angelina's voice is not at the top yet.....
