Even though the images are not clear, what is obvious that this performer strode onto the stage so confidently, had a brief exchange with Quincey and then went on to deliver the most incredible vocal. She was wearing the same outfit she had on at her concert with the Military band just a few days previously, so elegant, she had such poise, even though she was so excited, she hung in there. The orchestra was so clear and crisp, such energy and brightness, though having said that Angelina didn't even need them - she became the song, she was the music. Clearly Quincey was blown away by this girl, what a way to open a show! Philip, you should give a warning with these videos, to make sure we have Kleenex tissues ready...

It doesn't matter how many times I hear her sing this song it still blows my mind just stunning

Great to see this. I was delighted to be there, but was sitting way back and up high. The sound of Angelina's voice with the large orchestra-band filling the vast O2 arena was excellent. Angelina was the first performer, and was superb - it was just over too quickly. Then the evening moved on, being a tribute to the long career of 'Q' - Quincy Jones, with numerous artists, and an on-going interview with Q throughout, who was sitting in the front left corner of the stage. Angelina joined the artists at the end in a group song, with Q conducting.

Wow Alan - you lucky man. I wish I had known about Angelina back then but alas I didn't, otherwise I would also have tried to be there. 👍

If you closed your eyes to hear her sing this song, I would never imagine that this singer was only 12 years old at the time. She looked like a singing professional. This is Angelina Jordan, always surprising, always enchanting! PA, nice work and thanks for another Angelina video. 😇❤👍

Thank you for the video for this performance of the BAREFOOT ANGEL. I believe this video will become part of her visual biography in the future. Some Angels (Fans) of Angelina might say the video is not clear to see her beauty and elegance, but for me it is perfect as it is because: I saw her smile at the beginning of the song, I saw her hand gestures throughout the song, I saw her open and close her eyes during the song, I saw her smile at the end of the song, I saw her angelic beauty and elegance as a shining star, I saw her courtesy to say thanks to the crowd, I saw all these as engraved in my mind, I only need her angelic sound to touch my eardrums.

Woah, Angelina in the spotlight! That's right, that's where she belongs 😊 She wanted to be a star, she IS a star! Shining so brightly in this world. It's just that many people have yet to discover that star.

Philip, so glad you saw this video and decided to “improve” the experience! I saw this, too, when it was uploaded, but it was so bad I couldn’t watch/listen to it again. I wasn’t in London for the performance unfortunately, but I did hear it the next evening on BBC2, it went out at 8pm. It was superb. Thank you for all you do, I love your brilliant “mash-ups”.

As you might know, I did attend the 2018 Oslo concert, but knowing the short appearance was going to be on Radio 2, I passed on the O2 one. What I didn’t expect was that there would be no professional video coverage of the concert. Disappointing. So we only have these brief clips and sound tracks. And thanks for your compliment about the Mashups. I have been toying with the idea of making a compilation video with them all back to back.

In a funny way the quality of the video made this clip better. You concentrated on the vocal more than you perhaps normally do when you watch Angelina sing. The sound was excellent and the vocal????? Oh you know.....just at Angelinas normal quality level😊. Excellent.

OMG OMG - Phillip you have just made my day. How on earth did you get hold of this.? I was only chatting about this somewhere the other day with a few people as someone was reacting to the song and the concensus was there was no known video recording. (apart from the one taken by Mery from side back stage which you can't really even see Angelina once she is out on stage. This is brilliant. Even with poorish video quality ( from a mobile I suspect) it is great to see her out there on this big arena, opening the concert. And I love the turn and the outward held hand gesture at the end as she sing "I love................ YOU" as she is pointing towards Quincy Jones as that I know is where he is sat during the concert (at least at the start where he is being interviewed and chatting about his life) - He also loving refers to her as "ok baby" as she is introduced and walks by him onto the stage. Thank Phillip. 👍

Also, the same is true by the feat of merging her performance vocal with the video of her rehearsal with the orchestra, which displayed Angelina's awesome professionalism in working with seasoned musicians. Wow - Philip! This is the icing on the cake - and what a cake! I'm in shock.... The video is struggling with the lighting, but it is quite clearly showing her body language, her interaction with Quincey on entering the stage and the hand gestures, and the end where she says directly to Quincey - I love.....you. I missed a once in a lifetime event on that day - yet another destination to set in my time machine - when ever I can get around to inventing it! Thank you once again Philip, you have put together so many great videos and the sound is always so good, you have certainly helped to get Angelina's message to the world, and for me you have helped to bring so much joy to my life!

Angelina Jordan opening for Quincy Jones them to number to arena and in London he sang fly me to the moon is arrangements. There’s a practice video where she’s doing the practice song but this young lady is on her way to their national store. I don’t see anything to keep her from going on her back or she is fantastic one of the greatest singers ever heard regards of her age. Wow what are the wife and there’s so many celebrities the Lady Gaga got to her people contacted her she wants to collaborate with her. Wow.

Yes , the audio here was from the BBC radio recording. Also, you can just see camera men just in front of the stage, in the shadows - there must have been at least two, not sure who they were or what happened to the recordings...
