Yea, I honestly was always neutral with Angelica. Yea she was a brat, but at the same time she did have redeemable moments and as the series went on she matured more and more.

@@melissakimbrell447 his name was josh,the episode new kid in town.He acted sweet by manipulating the babies and was watching what angelica was doing from afar.So he started manipulating them by being nice by saying the fair alot.When tommy begged for angelica to come back to help them she didn't notice what was going on because at that time the babies thought he was nice.
