And in which way...1) Boris broke them, (bearing in mind that he had a country to run) and was at his recognised place of work. But 2) Starmer & Rayner DIDN'T break them, while having some food in a very similar set of circumstances? Also bear in mind that Boris wasn't lying, if he believed he was exempt, which is reasonable if running a country during a pandemic! Also, Rayner said that the mere fact that he was "being investigated" meant he should resign immediately.....SHE is "being investigated", so, BY HER OWN STATED RULES, why do YOU think she shouldn't resign immediately??
