The silence of respect is deafening is such an idiotic statement, you are trying too hard to sound smart just writing random words together. That’s not how English works.

I couldn't imagine trying to fight while being heartbroken. I see why she is retiring. Her sister was so young and such a sweetheart. I couldn't imagine the way that family felt. I've lost my family from suicide and overdose and it hurts alot more then if died from cancer or old age. You feel like you didn't get to say goodbye.

Not only was it her sister, but they were each other main training partners. This was probably the best decision she could have made. Something like that weighing that heavily on you while you’re fighting can have devastating consequences.

I have been a fan of Angela for years and have always rooted for her in all her fights. ❤ And now I am an even bigger fan than before. As a survivor of an attempted suicide and came close a second time and have dealt with suicidal thoughts and feelings for years, I have an idea of what Victoria and Angela went through. I am so grateful for Angela’s courage and determination to start her organization to help others that have similar struggles. Angela my prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family and everyone in the world that are affected by depression and suicidal tendencies. ❤❤❤

It means so much that one of our world's strongest people is willing to be vulnerable and share her struggle so openly. I cant imagine how difficult this must have been for her. Truly a fighter inside and outside of the cage 💪🏽

I hope Angela Lee's Fight Story organization helps a ton of people who need and I wish Angela, and the whole Lee family success and happiness.

Time will heal. My oldest brother committed suicide in 2007. It hurt bad! The guilt of not catching the signs was even worse. You have to be strong and keep pushing forward no matter what. Just keep your loved one in your memories and use that to keep moving. Remember, time will heal as long as you keep moving and most importantly......keeping LIVING.

Angela Lee made “One” fight championship to what it is today. Absolute pure heart and soul she has. Legend, tough, smart and beautiful human being just like her sister. We will miss Mrs Lee and at the same time never forget the legacy she left, and of course her sister Victoria. This speech brought tears to my eyes. This and the behind the scene with Stamp and Ham really hit me hard in the feels. I can only imagine what she went through and how rough it must've been. I miss seeing Angela in action. Praying she is doing well and is moving forward to help those that are in a similar light that she was once in.

I don't follow this sport, but it's so touching to see this woman's poise and the crowd support for her.

I watched the Lee family just before the MMA and, as best of my ability kept up with what us normal ppl can view. Angela stole my heart the 4th battle I caught her in, and then mini me Victoria. 😢golly gosh. She was a animal and truly truly, loved by many. My list was Angela, Stamp, Xiong Nan then Victoria in my book. Never in a million years after all the crap I talk to my gf about getting emotiomally involved with ppl you don't know personally. But yall, as a man I tell you the emotions that ran from Angela's retirement, to the foundation for Victoria and then Stamp Fairtex getting the title. My emotions were and are still high. I always take time out for random ppl in public when they just want to talk. Damn my day I just listen, because listening is free and it help soo many ppl. I love you all! Thank you lee family, for all you have given❤!!!!

Very cool Angela! Would love to see you making more appearances, or coaching or doing more fight commentary in the future! I know alot of people see what you're going through and don't get it, but I understand and def feel for you! I lost a close family member in a similar way and went through a pretty dark period for about 5 years, but things slowly get easier with time. Don't give up! Playing music, reading, and learning other languages has helped me a lot! Find something that makes you excited to wake up tomorrow! Stay strong dude!

Mental health amongst Men and Women is on a rise more than ever and should be taken very serious. If you know someone who is struggling with depression or any other type of mental health issue and that person is too proud to ask for help, don’t turn away from them, at minimum please listen to their cry and try your best to find them the help they need. 🙏🏼✊🏼
