Bike park season is here! I basically built my Yeti SB165DH for Whistler last year and due to the current situation, haven't been able to ride this thiccc rig in its element. Laps on laps with Teddy"Janker" Jaramillo and Chris Boice in the Angel Fire Bike Park. #followcamfriday gold. There is just something special about chairlift accessed DH laps with perfect dirt and an all-time squad. My happy place.
Teddy Jaramillo is responsible for a bunch of the trail construction at Glorietta in Santa Fe. A gifted builder and absolute slayer on the bike, never not stoked. Half my age with twice the boost levels.
Chris Boice owns Rally Van and can happily customize a rig that is way nicer than your house. If you ride bikes and are looking for a van, Chris is your man. I just cost you a bunch of money, but you can thank me later. It should also be noted that Chris is riding his trail bike in this edit and basically crushing Teddy and I on our big rigs. What a legend.
Cheers to Angel Fire for hosting us for the weekend. What a long way this place has come over the last 5 or so years. The trails are absolutely lit. Cheers to the builders!! Love your work!

Rode the Taos area back in 2000, long before a bike park in the area, and it has some of the most stunning scenery I have ever ridden on. Back then, they were just blown out hiking trails that were extremely techy.... gotta get back there for this now. Nate, how is Pete? I hope he is hanging in there.

What is your headtube angle with the twin crown on? I noticed you had what looked to be about an inch or so of of the shock tube up out of the top triple clamp. Wish we could do this with all forks. Would make switching travel on bikes a lot easier with out messing up geometry.

I always run clips. Some of my friends run clips, some run flats. It's just personal preference at the end of the day.

@@natehills9388 I'm in Tucson, all we have is big mountain rock garden chunk. I drive 7-10 hours to bike parks for fast and flowy eye watering speed... Mine fields in berms kind of kill the flowy part. I've just never seen AF that blown out.
