As a Rangers fan I’ve got nothing but respect for this guy. He came in and transformed Celtic pretty much instantly and has never deviated away from his vision of playing attacking football all the time. Any player is going to be attracted to playing under him and his style of football. He also speaks really well - I’ve just sat and watched this at 23 minutes long! Something I wouldn’t have done for other Celtic managers! Think he also shows a respect to others in the game and there won’t be any controversy under him. I remember many of my fellow Rangers fans laughing when he was appointed having bets on when he’d get sacked! Personally I thought it would either be a disaster of an appointment or turn out to be a stroke of genius - and it turned out to be the latter! I would say I hope he starts on a downturn now but that’s not happening with where the two teams are - can see him having a long spell of dominance in Scottish football.

Rangers fan here. Not a bad word to say about this man, I find him fascinating and a breath of fresh air - raised in a different world of football and brings a new perspective to Scottish football. Just hope he's not on the winning side too much 😝 Respect.

Brings class and quality to Scottish football! Just adores the game and everything else in the cauldron between Celtic and rangers melts away because of his talent and manners! A top class human being
I’m a Rangers fan and there can be nothing but respect for Ange. Talks very well, humble and level headed. And there’s no doubt the football Celtic play will excite there fans. After we won the league we all thought if we are being honest Celtic would take a few years to rebuild. Guys done a remarkable job and it’s the best football I’ve seen them play in my lifetime.

I loved Sutton. He was a monster for us! Legend!
Did he just say his dad never told him that he loved him? I'm officially going into a period of mourning that is much more worthy than the one currently being forced upon us.

That is what he said. In that generation dads were more remote. It wasn’t expressed but love was shown differently. Cheers btw to the Gers fans commenting here who get Ange. I personally think the same about GVB as a person. He and Ange have respect for one another that shows!
I used to be a Celtic die hard and I lost interest in the game ( I’m talking back in 1999-2000 season) up until 2 seasons ago I didn’t watch any football ( Scottish, English or European) but this lad has truly turned everything on its head , there is a massive amount off respect for what he has done in Scotland. Celtic have up the standards which has dragged every other team up a level too , big ange is a manager which has the respect that comes across by the way he conducts himself and he seems to be level headed always. Btw great interview.

What a man he is 💚🍀
Big Ange is 1 of 3 managers in my lifetime who commands the upmist respect without saying a word because everything he says all us Celtic supporters believe he's just a straight honest humble man whose brought our club even closer than ever before & god bless the big yin for doing so

Have been following Ange since the Roarcelona days. A few years back when his name was floated for Rangers I went on a Rangers discussion board and said he would be a great hire for their club. I was pretty much told I must be joking, nobody ever heard of the guy and I should shut up. They wound up hiring Pedro Caixinha instead. 😂
Absolute class act this guy, could listen to him talk football for days 🍀

Chris Sutton regularly mentions Ange on 606 football (radio). What a journey he's had. He's definitely earned his spurs

The Celtic boss has done far far better than I expected him to do. He has a great ability for tactics, spotting players and motivating. Celtic have chosen well for their manager.
Outstanding. What a guy Ange is. I think the reason we love him so much is not just because of the football but because who he is as a person. What a humble amazing guy in an industry of premadonas.
Inject this. I've never loved a manager like I love this man. He gets it, but he just understands football in a way I dont think any other manager seems to. On the pitch and off the pitch.

If Celtic went to premier league next year with ange as manager I’d say they’d win it the following season 100% and I reckon after that they’d win it on the bounce due to the money they’d earn from winning and because they won they’d attract bigger players and players joining cause they want to be playing under ange 🍀🍀🍀
