and then when he realised his joke had failed he was stubborn enough to somehow message SETH, the goddamn host he was trying to disturb, to make sure Colin would get his messages anyway and interrupt the interview, although not the way he'd planned

So nice to hear good friends say "I love you". It would have been unthinkable not too many years ago.

"They'll kill me! You've got to say it!" cuts away and all we hear is a truncated "NO!"

The Andy/Frisbee feud may be more savage than the Jimmy/Matt feud and I'm living for both of them.

"spinning out" laughed so hard. I assume that was cut for TV but I was dying laughing. Also Colin yelling "no" as Seth cruelly didn't plug his movie at the end. Too funny.

Seth's annoyance levels throughout and Colin's "NO!" at the end made this unreasonably hilarious. 🤣🤣🤣

Nothing delights me quite like Seth interviewing his SNL buddies. Complete chaos in the best way.

The end of this interview was the best talk show interview on Late Night in a long time. Hilarious

Whenever seth has his friends on it’s always so chaotic and hilarious. I always laugh way more because they have such a good relationship

Colin's desperate NO at the end was incredible.

Jealous of the transportation secretary , but couldn't even transport yourself to the right mark on set :)

I love that he tells his friends "I love you". After this year, will that be the last words??

I want more of this Colin Jost. I was wheezing from laughter at the end there.

That was F’n great! Finally get to see Colin riffing a bit! He’s not just a great comedy writer or talking head reading a Teleprompter. He really has some chops. Fantastic.

Years later, this is still one of the best interviews Seth has ever done. It rivals “my doink fell off”

The texting bits with the off and on video was next level! And the Mayor Pete bit, that was wild, not to mention the very end. Brilliant on more levels than humorous.

I love the chaotic energy of the SNL interviews. Rare to see so much respect and so little at the same time:) Also, loving the normalisation of "I Love You" between guy friends!
