This really shows how well Dwight dealt with Jim pranks, he never freaked out like Andy even if he was annoyed. Over time Dwight learned to prank almost as well as Jim. It’s no surprise he called him a good friend at the end.

They made him more realistic by reminding everyone that it's possible to grow and still be a jerk in the end.

I love how when Andy returned from anger management, he told Pam and then Jim that he was going by “Drew” now. Jim said “nah I’ll call you Andy”. You could tell Andy almost had another meltdown at Jim. Also, I loved it every time he referenced Cornell, he’d say “Ever heard of it?”

Please post Andy singing Closing Time after he became boss. Pam and Stanley also shined in that one

Its because he got to a place where he felt like he'd achieved something yet his father was not proud of him at all. Thats all he wanted some recognition. He got that at Dundee mifflin but became tempted by the boat as that had been his dream his whole life and he didn't want it stolen from him. This gave him the freedom to think he could do what he want and still chase his other dreams that his father would've disapproved of

I just finished watching the Office for the first time and knowing Andy's decline as I watched it was so sad. I loved his growth in S8 and while I liked how his family, past, and future were elements he was supposed to deal with the execution of it was terrible. They didn't have to do this to him...

Micheals face when Andy punched the wall is so priceless!

Andy going into anger management was one of the best decisions the writers ever made. Making him a jerk again was one of the worst. Honestly thought he was a good manager and I kinda wish they kept it that way.

i love how this channel doesn't have anybody rambling on about the background of these moments or anything to try and make a longer video
