One of the most surprising albums was and still is.. Too Far Gone? I forget the Title of it.. I got it for my 14th or 15th Birthday.. I was late to school listening for it to make sense.. 32 years later.. the exact same CD is in my Car.. Knee Deep in Sky High etc.

I think Andy has always been overlooked as a great songwriter because of his flamboyant live image....never judge a book by its cover.

It was a great show. Strung out is a classic and Andy's last album is a mighty album. He hasn't lost a whit of his talent, either as a guitar player or as composer. Are you going to upload any other videos of this show?

He's got such a cult name for himself that he can literally shit himself on stage while playing nursery rhymes and people will be like "take my money" Unfortunate reality is that drinking alcohol does this to him....and since he doesn't seem to be able to stop that....this is the level where he can now perform. Anyone who's liking this for real is deaf....Sad really

@@SV-ux4ut Couple of things. You think it's elitist that I find it sad when someone struggles with an illness called alcoholism and instead of helping the man, cheer him on. It is well known that Andy suffers from addiction and alcoholism. How is it well known? Well he's said it himself many many times. You think that in a rock&roll performance it's ok to slur your speech, forget the lyrics, miss the notes you're playing, sing out of tune etc. And you wanna call that nostalgia because the person doing so is Mr. Andy McCoy himself. That is called enabling. By patting his back when he's drunk you enable his behavior. You say I don't know what Rock&roll is about. Fine by me...I don't care what you think. I used to perform on stage back in the day. But that doesn't play a role in my life anymore, so I don't care if I "understand" rock&roll or not to someone in the internet. I used to perform drunk too. Guess what? That made the performance 100% worse every single time. Another thing. I am an alcoholic. I know a little bit of what I'm talking about when I talk about that too. Been sober myself now for over three years. That happened after people stopped enabling my behavior and I had no choice but to face the reality of the illness. Last thing.....if it was Andy's old age that made him perform the way he does....it would be a whole different ballgame. But then he's not even 60 years old. You can like what ever you will, but please stop enabling people with a deadly illness. There is a solution on how people survive and sober up....but that's not the topic here now. Have a nice day.

Every man has a breaking point. Andy on jo 15 vuotta sitten tarvinnut studiomuusikoita levytyksiensä kitaroihin, mut nykyään ei edes livenä näytä lähtevän. Mies on 58 v.
