    Dear Valued Customer, Thanks for your message and i am so sorry to hear that !!! In this situation ,please check as below : 1. Did you set your tv as HDMI mode?? 2.Did you change to another HDMI cable , or could you please try with another av cable to check if it work? 3. Could you try other charger,then check if it worked well? 4.There is a reset hole in the back of box(or in the AV In Port),please use a pin to press it,then check if it worked well?     Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your message! Please don't worry, we will help you all the way. Does this situation happened on some of the video?or all? 1.If it happened in some of them, it may the problem for the video quality , it is not depended on the box, you can try to set the resolution to max(1080P or more), then check if it worked well.Or you can watch it in other app. 2.If it happened in the all video,here is the step: A.If you have another hdmi cable. could you please try with another hdmi cable? B.Connect the tv with the tv box via av out cable correctly( there are different color port. please check and put correctly),or you can choose to use the HDMI cable to connect it as well. C.If the problem still there,please try to restore the factory setting as below: Press setting - Backup & reset ---- Factory data reset ----- Reset TV box ---- Erase everything . D.Set the resolution of the TV box to 1080P, here is the step: Setting--display--turn off the automatically resolution--set the resolution to 1080P. Please have a check and let me know,thank you!
