Amazing. He doesn't run away with it. His tempi are inspired. Beautiful.

Wonderful interpretation. I've heard this so many times but this one just reaches me in a different place.

such a wonderful touch coupled with exceptional musicality. Watching him play this is like watching an expert baker decorate a cake. Beautiful!

Very few pianists are on par with Andrey when it comes to the interpretation of this piece, a deliciously subtle rendition of this masterpiece: CHAPEAU !!!

You play beautifully, thank you for uploading this performance. There is a very negative and rather rude comment about the way you move and express yourself physically: I think that the way you respond to the music you are making is very " organic ", that the movements you make are a natural response to the wonderful music you are bringing to life. So please do not alter anything about this aspect of your artistry.

Posture not so good. Hunched back and neck at right angles to the rest of the spine. Plus the simian facial grimaces. Is this the new style taught at the music academies? There are soloists who can play without all of these superfluous contortions --Lugansky for example, Barenboim, or Berezofsky; from earlier, Jakob Gimpel.

How does this personally affect you? This isn’t being taught, it’s simply his style…it certainly doesn’t punish the music in anyway. So, rather than being so absurdly critical, just listen to the wonderful interpretation and move on.

@@rocamaxivojofahd333 no, Arrogant, it simply means you are worrying too much about details that do not deter from the performance in any way. Calling him an ape for example is incredibly rude and judgmental. Listen to the music produced and stop being the person you so obviously are: unpleasant.

Furthermore, having seen this artist live, your comments become even more ridiculous. Have you seen him in a live recital? I’m sure the answer is no. This man provided no fewer than 6 encores, each as brilliant as the first.
