    It's almost like he feels depressed with his condition of being perpetually bored. I feel like this. You can see why he made his later comments that depression isn't a chemical imbalance, but a temporary feeling towards one's current condition in time that can be changed through adopting a mindset and taking action.

  • @aisham.6678

    @aisham.6678

    Unfortunately, one cannot apply ones own life experience as a "cure" for all. Yes this was the case for him, and good that he could work himself out of his depression - although the question is whether he truly is tranquil and content in his skin or has just found something else to entertain himself with (e.g. 20 cars..) now that he is not fighting. But for some you need some kind of therapy and you cannot simply work yourself out of depression. It is very individual.

    @@user-pl9yq3fc8u well then doctor Tate should know that there are different type of depression and different levels depressions He was clearly not affected by a deep depression, but boredom and lack of goal or meaning. Also didnt know he was a clinical psychologist. He had a personal experience which he personally could effect..and makes his conclussion from that, not very scientific nor does it reflect common sence. That said not all "depressed" people with states of lack of goal have a clinical depression.. and that can be handled with the right tools, however that is also a professional that would be able to distinguish between the two. Sometimes it is a matter of changing perspectives other times it is structural changes in the brain as a result of e.g trauma (psychological etc.). The latter is not something you just "snap out of"..

    This guy is the most impactful thing has ever happened in the internet history -for me-. His mindset is unique and he's sharing this with everyone is priceless, if you're smart enough to take it. I try to watch every video he has released and talking about life etc. and it has never been a waste of time for me. I have always been hard-worker and always eager to try new things instead of having same routines every single day but this guy made me realise being hard-worker etc. is meaningless unless you have a goal to reach. I am not even gonna speak about his adivces about how real man should be. I am better version of myself since I discovered him and I am more than appreciated

    V grateful for this. Thank u. An interesting side to Tate: humility, converting fear into aggressive energy. So interesting watching this in the light of his current situation in jail & his flagrant multi millionaire lifestyle. This made him giving him tools for life.

    Different kind of competition. Love him or hate him he turned himself into the head of a global social network of millionaires and a successful businessman in his own right who keeps making more money. Do you honestly not think that his life carries with it unseen amounts of stress and needing to perform correctly? That's his new struggle. He probably prefers life these days lol

    I've always felt that if someone is clinically bored it is due to a lack of imagination, we live in an abundant world and as humans, we are the only living thing that can interact with it in so many unique and individual ways, but it seems these guys don't appreciate much, not art, not women, sex nothing, they seem to crave power and respect power and the desire for more and to hold onto it drives them, that's it. I feel yes those brothers very much rely on each other and it will be a terrible day when one goes, but they have done extremely well for themselves, they've set goals and achieved them beyond their own wild expectations, they are also supremely confident, good luck to them (not that they need it ) I hope I can achieve my goals.

    I wouldn’t say they have lack of imagination. Rather they just value different things.

    The imagination only exists because as a kid we know so little that anything is possible to us. Growing up, we learn and through learning our imagination is stifled

    Im the same way as andrew. I dont dl anything but work. This year i have only missed out 6 days of work and thats because I had covid in january. I relate to what he is saying so much. I find everything so boring and uninteresting and thats why I always work to keep my mind somewhat occupied. I envy people who appreciate art and find life fun and are happy

    seing how nervous they both are sitting waiting for the fight, actually gives me confidence. i play in a band and every time before the show i want to quit.. "why the fck am i doing this if i am feeling like this?" "confident people who like this should be doing this" etc. then ones the show is over i feel so good and all those thoughts leave my mind. now i know that even the most confident individuals also get those feelings, and that i am not necessarily a n unconfident individual at a whole.
