Andres Segovia ,gracias a este maestro la guitarra es un intrumento respetado en la musica clasica dado que en esos tiempos se decia que la guitarra era un instrumento no apto para los grandes teatros de la musica clasica .Gracias Maestro.

Segovia boy you chomping on some double bubble

I've been playing this piece for years. It's the first time i've heard anybody else play it,and it just so happens to be Segovia .Thankyou! But I must say I'm quite shocked that he plays the whole piece pizzicato. Since he wasn't alive to hear Sor play it ,one wonders about his interpretation. I had the great pleasue of hearing him twice in Philly. But I've come to think that Manuel Barueco ,influenced perhaps by Aaron Shearer,is my favorite peformer of Spanish music for guitar.

Sor released an entire book on his method. Which was then re-published by Coste. Sor emphasized playing the way Segovia played the guitar. He didn’t need to hear Sor play live.

Segovia doesn't talk, he demonstrates with the guitar.

I'm also without any sound on playback. Very strange. Others seem to be able to hear it ...
