@@naj_z absolute agree to this statement! I follow the "Saint Adreu's" for many years and: Yes! He made (and makes) the youth sing and play again. And on their faces you can always see the happiness, that comes along with music!

So now Andrea Motis got WDR Big Band members singing - a page straight from Joan Chamorro's book. And in her own composition, too. It seems there's nothing she can't do, when she puts her mind to it. Bravo, Andrea!

Awesome! Andrea: brilliant performance, as usual, you sing beautifully in Portuguese, practically a native speaker. It's a big compliment for us Brazilians. WDR: stunning arrangement and world-class execution. Wonderful trombone solo. I just missed a percussionist, it's the samba sauce.

I am following Joan Chamorro work with the kids for a quite long time. Andrea Motis is a rare talent, together with many others member of the Chamorros band, such as Rita Payés, Alba Armengou, the splendid bass player who I don't know the name, just to mention some of them. As a Brazilian, I would like to say that I appreciate very much the elegant arrangements and execution of some of our most famous standards . Congratulations !!!!!

Quer dizer que pra subir a níveis ainda mais altos ela tem que se apresentar com bandas que não sejam latinas ? Puro preconceito. Ela não precisa disso não cidadão. E como alerta, a música cantada é em português do Brasil. Acorda para o século 21. A eugenia dos meados do século 20 deu no que deu né. E foi aí por essas bandas.
