It's been 6 months since this upload and this is my first time seeing this review, however, I wanted to know if your opinion has changed since first buying it since you said you were going to give an update in 6 months. I ALSO want to know if you zero-gapped them at all?
any recommendations to a place to find those black screws? dropped one down the drain.

Whats the model number for the shallow tooth blade or and links for them
I just got the new version with the gtz z blade im not a fan of it so ill be ordering the shallow tooth exo blade asap.

@@ConcisetheBarber most definitely if I can't find it locally for a reasonable price I'll be ordering it.
Seems like it's all about the blade. Deeper tooth blades are better for bulk while lower depth blades are better for lining up, otherwise similar machine minus cosmetics.

I hope so I'll be ordering the shallow tooth blade asap. I was going to put my t outliner blade on it but I'll get the new gold one.

Bought these this week and used for 30 min to line up me and my pops. They stayed cool. Was very surprised.

I have the old andis gtx exo cordless and mine came with the deeptooth gtx blade and the gold plated base I think when they sent you the new blade when you dropped it they sent the shallow tooth one instead of the deeptooth

Good question.. I like the new wahl detailers .. the black and gold.. I’ll say the andis has a slight edge up on them due to the blade

@@ConcisetheBarber it’s tough. I’ve been an Andis Cat from the Jump. Can’t find anything so far that hits like the Andis corded . Trying to go cordless tho
Which performs better all around, especially cutting sharpness.

i like my corded better but i deploy and its a hassle to convert to 240v with different accessories, so i went cordless.
