This flat is not of any value even for Bachelor. It's mainly families that buy flats. Bachelors ko rent pe chalta hai. 60 Lakhs ka coffin apartment se.

So he just trying for value discovery by adding features of barely combined value of 1-2 lakhs and hiking up the price. Real Estate price is high but it's middle class people who rack up the prices. The suburbs are good with metros connectivity coming let these inventories build up and then these developers will come crying back with discounts.
